FINALLY, a good dumpling restaurant in Denver. The soup dumplings (Xiaolongbao) are easily tops in Colorado and comparable to the likes of Din Tai Fung. They have a fairly large selection of flavors, but I recommend sticking with the original if you don’t know what to get your first time. The prices are a bit high, but completely understandable given the quality of the dumplings served. I will definitely be adding this to my “must try” list for Denver eats. Bravo Bryan’s!

This place is AMAZING. Every dish we had was so good and felt they just kept getting better. We only wanted to keep ordering more! The pork belly bun is tasty with a nice rich sauce. We tried the original xiao long bao and they are the perfect size and flavorful. Some people say they are too small but any bigger you can’t do a one bite which is the whole point! The pork dumpling in chili oil was a favorite. Loved the spice and flavor of the meat, and this isn’t a dish available everywhere. BBQ pork bun was better than many dim sum places we’ve been. Stir fried noodle had a great flavor and came with a good portion of shrimp. And the tan tan noodles – fabulous spice and peanut flavor. Everything was just so good and all had different flavors. It is not a cheap place but that is also not expected as it’s in a premium area of DTC. We got there on a Sunday at 11:10 and had about a 40 min wait. There isn’t a big waiting area or text type service so hopefully they will add that. The service was good, and the space is really pretty. Can’t wait to go back!

This was amazing and so inviting! It was a long wait but worth it for sure! We ordered just little samples to try different baos and dumplings. Our favorite was the pork belly And the colorful baos with different flavors. This he is menu was a little on the pricey side for two buns because they were decorated and some of the items on the menu were high priced as well. The cucumber salad was to die for and the flavors of all the different spices complmented the jasmine got tea. The chili oil on The table was perfect with the right amount of heat and flavor.

Went to celebrate my sister in laws birthday, she loves dumplings and buns alike. So we decided to try Bryan’s Dumpling House and we were not disappointed. Ordered two plates of fried chicken dumplings cause we couldn’t get enough. Same with the pork belly buns, simply delicious

Very clean modern atmosphere. A wide variety of menu including dumplings, buns, Chinese food, and kids menu! I really love the kids menu, it comes with plenty of healthy food: broccoli, fried rice, 2 red bean bun, and orange juice. Bryan’s xio long bao is a wide variety of flavors and beautiful, colorful. Their restroom has diaper changing station. We really liked the chicken lettus wrap.

Finally checked this place out. Wait to be seated. They may be low staffed, I dunno. The cucumber salad was not exciting at all. It tasted literally like cucumber with a side of chili sauce. Not worth $7. The green beans were Yummy! Even though they had minced pork. The original dumpling were delicious. Not din tai fund deliciousness but DTC delicious. Next time I’ll get just the dumplings. We ordered pork buns but they never came, even though multiple people noticed we were missing one thing. That was interesting. Finally I called our server over and told her to cancel it. The whole thing was odd. Like they knew we were missing something but no one did anything about it. Anyway. I really want this place to succeed, so let’s support and give constructive criticism.
