Peach cobbler is amazing! The crust is thick so get some in every bite, and it’s not too sweet. It was delivered fresh and hot. BBQ Ribs were amazing with a great rub. The chicken was also flavorful and so moist! Everything was packaged perfectly.

I’ve been to many BBQ joints in Texas including Franklin’s, LA BBQ, Killen’s, Corkscrew, several in Lockhart and everywhere in between. Tucked away in a quaint little corner of NW Houston is Bryant Up in Smoke BBQ and they can definitely hang with the big boys. The moist brisket was perfectly done and the outside char was very flavorful. I’m usually not one to go for chicken at a BBQ joint but the smoked chicken was ridiculously good and I hope they sell it by the bird! The potato salad was great and I’m usually not a fan if it’s mayo based. Also, I really enjoyed the BBQ sauce – smoky and tangy – but honestly none of the meat really needed it. Lastly, the Bryant family was welcoming and seemed to really care about the customers and their establishment. The only complaint I have was they ran out of sausage, but I will definitely be going again and I’ll take a picture next time to add to my review!
