Nice place with great food and service. Just got into town later and looking for convenient and good food. Receptionist set us at a counter over looking the food preparation. We sat in front of the pizza chef and knew exactly what we wanted. All hand made and cooked in wood fired oven. Will, the pizza chef knew what he was doing. I can’t think of another time the two of us ate the entire pizza and always took some home. Watching the other chefs prep the other food items was appreciated in the way they prepared and the sanitary conditions used. You could tell they took pride in what they were doing.

The steak was cooked as I wanted. The potatoes were barely warmed, and the asparagus was not cooked well. Everything needed more seasoning. The bolognese pasta was good and hot. The mango Italian soda with the whip cream was delicious. The atmosphere was nice.

What a beautiful location in Princeville for dinner and drinks! The people are friendly and welcoming with food dishes that are unique and tasty! It was a gourmet experience that we didn’t expect. We really liked the pizza and watched them manipulate knead the dough. It’s something I expect to see in New York, but there we were in Princeville, Kauai, watching them throw the pizza dough in the air! The pasta a la vodka was disappointing and had no flavor, although the Ceasar salad was great!

Went here for dinner while on our honeymoon back in September. Loved it and had the best short ribs I’ve ever had in my life. Was just thinking about them and thought I’d double back and give props where props are due. Whenever we get back to Kauai, we’re coming back here.

I only gave 4 for atmosphere because we got there late on a weekday, just before closing- but it looked fun. We had enough time to order and eat. Food and service- fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by the Non-dairy options and pizza . I hadn’t had pizza out in years and it was really good! Beer was good too, though not many brown or dark choices-my preference. Easy, convenient on the North side, pleasurable!

Nice inside. Mango Italian soda was good. Disappointed in food. I like my Fried Calamari somewhat crispy with some seasoning in the batter. The Fried Calamari we received wasn’t crispy and was bland. The Lemon Caper Aioli didn’t have much flavor (I thought it was just pure mayonnaise). Ordered burger and fries. The fries were good, but the burger was too salty to finish. Ordered grilled lamb chops and mushroom pizza to go. The grilled lamb chops were good. The mushroom pizza was ok, but had burnt bubbles on it (see photo). Can’t believe they actually packed it up rather than remake.

We had a large party, and were able to make reservations earlier in the day. When we arrived, we were promptly seated and taken care of. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Most everyone was pleased with their meals – especially the mahi mahi – but unfortunately one of the meals was served cold. However, overall it was a great experience with good food. We would definitely go back.
