Visited this restaurant while on vacation, first time eating here. We called around 5pm to check wait times after reading other reviews on here. We were told they currently had no wait time but that they tend to get busy around 7pm. We arrived around 5:30pm. Upon coming in we were seated quickly. Our drinks, appetizers, and food all came very quickly. Servers were very kind, and smiling the entire time. Food tasted great, alcoholic beverages tasted great. The atmosphere was good, not too loud! Lots of memorabilia hanging up on walls. I feel like this would be an okay place to take children for dinner. Great views. Fun little gift shop was definitely a bonus! Pictured is “Forrest’s Seafood Feast “.

food is bad. the rice is dry and uncooked. the ingredients of the salad are pale and stale. I came here 5 years ago, everything was delicious. But now both the service is very slow and the kitchen chef probably doesn’t care at all about the food that comes out. I suggest you visit London Bubba Gump. I want you to see the service, taste and attention. ( I gave 2 stars for the pizza my son ate.) and I paid 23.99 for the rice I returned. I will not come again.

Wow, this place needs to be on your bucket list. Service was excellent, food A+, and the atmosphere was great . Has a bar, tables indoor and outdoor. Is more business close by. The amazing part is you finish your meal, and a step away is the beach ⛱️ . Love it ❤️ .

2nd time at a Bubba Gump. 1st time here. Food was great. Love the atmosphere of this place. Got my souvenir beer glass. You can dine outside but usually need a reservation. We dined inside which was fine. Staff was friendly and our waiter was outstanding. Shrimp was awesome.

Saved this place for our last night of vacation and were slightly disappointed. We had the Ping Pong Pasta which is linguine with Chicken and tomatoes in a sauce with garlic bread. A Strawberry Salad with Chicken and a nice vinaigrette. I’ll stop here to say the chicken strips on both dishes were from a very flat breast indeed, like 1/4″? And WAY overcooked and tough. It was seasoned nicely, and if you made sure the sauce was covering it for each bite it was edible. We would have told our server but he never came back. We enjoyed the Clam Chowder soup and the Hush Puppies.

The last time I came here I had a much better experience- pre Covid. This time around there wasn’t much enthusiasm and we didn’t hear any trivia and the food was a little lackluster. Although our servers, which I think were also the bartenders, were friendly it just wasn’t the same. It was like they were trying to do the bare minimum and nothing else. All of our food came out at once which we were able to cope with it was just a bit unexpected. Bad parts of the food experience: coke from the soda gun was not good, the garlic bread was not fresh, the gumbo was not hot, the onion rings were also not hot, and the shrimp crab boil was overly cooked. Bad parts of service: I could hear the gossip about customers complaints and how irritated they were with the customers. I’ve worked the industry long enough to know that’s a faux pas.

Great bartender, Over worked. Wait staff isn’t scheduled for early dining. Host isn’t forthcoming. We waited an hour before taking a seat at the bar but still waited an ungodly time to eat. May reconsider in the future. A shame too bc food was quite good. Location excellent.
