The food was ok, the chips were greasy, the tables were dirty, the salsa bar was super messy. We are here from out of town, and would not eat here again. There was one girl on the line that was very friendly, she had pink in her hair. She was the best part of this visit, I wish I’d have gotten her name for this review!

Love Bubba Ritos, probably been to this location 30 times. Might’ve been to the one in Guntersville more than that. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but the customer service has gotten so bad at this location. One lady in there acts rude frequently. Been out of rice or said they’ve been out of rice 3 times recently, which is one of the main ingredients in my opinion. And then rude when you ask about how long it will take to cook. The food is good, no knock there, just feel like they don’t want you to be there. If this only happened once I wouldn’t even be leaving a review because I like I previously said I don’t hardly ever leave reviews anywhere and try to give people in customer service benefit of the doubt. I will be leaving a 5 star review on the bubba Ritos in Guntersville, they at least act like they want your business. If you can, just go to that one.

Got chicken/ cheese burrito. Bottom of bucket on chicken/ crumbs. Ask for little bit more chicken. No not without paying extra. For what crumbs? Eat there all the time. Won’t be back.
