Crab bites are really good. The Cajun burrito is superb and a very large portion. It had cajun sausage and blackened chicken. My son really likes his kids popcorn shrimp with mixed veggies. We got it delivered from door dash. This was my second time ordering a delivery from Bubba T’s and both times I have been very happy with my food.

This place really does it all the right way. Cajun food, atmosphere and friendly staff. Love the jambalaya rice. Been here many times over the last few years and the food has been consistently good and authentic. This place is a true gem for Willis.

So we stopped in for dinner, thinking we’d enjoy & it definitely wasn’t what we expected… we opted to eat here, I ordered catfish & shrimp with onionrings & hushpuppies. The shrimp was a bit overcooked & the fish was good but super caked in breading. The onion rings were fair, but the hushpuppies were still raw in the middle & gross… my honey got the shrimp & hushpuppies & red beans with rice… his hushpuppies were dough balls too… when the gal asked how is everything, I showed her the doughballs & told her they were undercooked & nasty, she shrugged & wanted to know if I needed a refill on my tea that was still plenty & when I said not yet, she said, ya never know & walked away… also, there’s a machine running that makes a loud noise that’s a little annoying… but hey, ya never know till ya do… maybe it’s an off night… we were the only ones who chose the dine in option, but they were sending out to-go orders, at least 3 while we were there…

We recently moved to the area and tried bubba Ts a few days after and oh my gosh! We loved it! Everything we got was delicious, fresh and homemade! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back. Also loved the homey feel of the restaurant!

I’m from Houston but staying with my mom in coldspring. Was craving crawfish so bad and searched up a local spot. Called and spoke to a girl a couple times and she was incredibly helpful and nice. Ordered crawfish ($9/lb) and shrimp ($15/lb), picked it up 7 minutes before closing time. Got home and devoured it. Beats all crawfish I’ve had in Houston. 10/10. Definitely gonna be back.

It’s crawfish season so we googled a local spot. We arrived on a Monday night around 6:30ish. No wait, but you have to order at the counter. No big deal. Rain (sp?), the lovely gal who greeted us, walked us through the menu & got us started on what we wanted. The wait wasn’t long on the food. Crawfish was delicious. We added a bit more spice for kick. Fried pickles were crisp and tasty. Boudin balls were delicious. Cajun shrimp was on point!! Stuffed jalapeño didn’t taste bad, just not our favorite. All food temperature was perfect. They were out of beignets but the Key lime pie was really good! Hopefully we can try them next time. Great food, fantastic service. We will be back. Highly recommended!!
