First time at Bubbakoos and the food was disappointing. I had a simple bowl with shredded chicken, beans, brown rice, red onions, pico gallo, and some cheese and everything lacked in flavors and spice. Now, I’m not sure how the food is in other locations, but I am very big on first impressions and I was immediately turned off. My friend’s quesadilla tasted off as well and tasted like a grilled cheese. Maybe in the future, I’ll give them another chance, but I’m sticking to Juanitos or Chipotle for now.

So I ordered on their app which was really user friendly and it lets you pay with Apple Pay. Loved that part. They emailed me a confirmation and told me the time of my delivery. They were about 10 minutes outside of it but not too bad. My first experience i decided to do a classic marinated grilled chicken quesadilla with pico. The chicken was very tender but a bit salty. I also thought the side of salsa and sour cream should have been bigger. It was a pretty big dish that i actually shared. I added a cookie and a side of chips with Queso which I’ve heard so much about. This Queso was freakin awesome. the chips were good but they were salty. I was raised on well seasoned food so if I find something too salty then it really is salty ♀️ The chips need lighter salting because the Queso is also well seasoned. I would try the shredded chicken next time or maybe tacos or beef quesadilla and definitely do a side of chips and Queso

I specifically asked and paid for extra sour cream, I not only didn’t get extra, I didn’t get any at all. It was really frustrating because I was bringing it to the hospital for my boyfriend, and he couldn’t even have the meal that he liked. Other than that the food was banging.

We were in the area for a tournament and were looking for food in between games. The food was okay, just mediocre. The woman helping us was nice and really seemed to enjoy her work. It’s always nice to see people who care about their job. Probably wouldn’t return if I ever come across this chain again.

Went in with my family after a nice day at the beach and the food was pretty good. A little greasy, but good. Woke up the next day non-stop using the bathroom. Coming out of the backend. Out of the 10 of us that went, half of us got sick. We all had different meals so there had to be some cross contamination during the food handling process.
