I often stay at the Holiday Inn Express across the street from this restaurant. I just tried it out a few weeks ago and could not believe how great they are. The dish I ordered ended up giving me three meals it was so much food LOL. A week later I ended up back there and tried the burrito and OMG. The staff is very friendly and food is amazing.

Bubbakoo’s has great food and friendly service. One thing I would change is the way items are served for in-house dining. It’s hard not to ingest a little paper when cutting up a quesadilla or other item on an aluminum plate.

Didn’t like the food. The vegetarian bowl tasted flat. Didnt taste well despite of putting hot sauce. There was cauliflower bites on the menu, and I think manager and server didn’t know that it was on the menu. Taco shells were half open, not covered. Would never get the food from there.

I used to love bubbakoos, before covid I went here often. I visited this location on Friday. I expected to pay a little more due to inflation. But, it is now double the cost of what it used to be. The food wasn’t great and to top it off 20 minutes after I ate I developed an allergic reaction. (My eye swelled shut) And I’m not allergic to anything! Just super bummed about my whole experience and I won’t be back.

I am utterly disappointed because I usually LOVE bubbakoos. But this experience just set me off. I have ordered bubbakoos hundreds of times, so I know that their all of their entrees come with chips. Knowing this, I ordered 2 entrees and a large sized queso which I paid $6 for. I received 0 chips. The queso was filled less than half full. And to top it off, my burrito came with 4/6 toppings that I ordered. Not happy.

I ordered a steak burrito and it was okay. As you can see in the picture there wasn’t a lot of steak ( I ordered single steak ). I was disappointed that it was just barely warm and not hot at all. The ingredients were very fresh but, the burrito wasn’t very flavorful and I think the chips are just bagged chips. The chips were also cold. Other Mexican places I have visited which have warm chips that are store cooked are some much better especially for the price of them.

Low-Carb CRAZY
Used to love this place, but not anymore! Must be different owners. The food was terrible. My husband’s pork tasted bad, my chicken was overcooked with no flavor! Even the sauces, and cheese was different. Now everything is bland! Not to mention expensive. Will not go there again. Extremely disappointed .
