The lemon pepper wings were good, but didn’t like the blue cheese. The ring potatoes were good too but had too much cheese and it change the taste a little bit. But overall the staff is really friendly and make the best to provide a costumer service ❤️

I used to frequent this place when it first opened and before becoming a franchise. It used to be amazing. However, this location has gone down hill since those days. I stopped coming here for a while after multiple disappointments. I decided to give them another chance and still sub par service. Consistently get the order wrong and give the wrong food to the wrong people. They cannot keep up with mobile orders and walk ins, which overwhelmed the small assembly line. Not sure if they just don’t have enough workers or maybe bad management and training. But I will not be back.

Ordered online with a 636 pickup time. Arrived at 633 and told my order was still being prepped. Only waited about 5/7 minutes. Got home and my burrito was ice cold and the entire bottom fell out. How can my order still be in the process of being prepped and 2 burritos be ice cold?

I’ve never been there…tried it tonight…. the young girls behind the counter were rude…threw food in the to go…and rushed you out … they didn’t have time for you to make a choice…. so uncomfortable..’0′ …never going there again…. they cater to high-school kids mostly….at least it seems that way…like a lunch line….with nasty,too busy for you attitudes.

The worst. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering. We did pickup on the app. What I ordered I did not receive. I ordered the keto bowl. There was no quacamole, sour cream or shredded chicken in the bowl. They put whole uncooked pieces of chicken (like rubber) with lettuce and cheese. Also, the side order of tater tots I requested queso on top in which you are charged an additional $3 was PLAIN. My daughter’s chiwawa bowl also had uncooked chicken. We threw it all out. Will NOT be back.

For clarity, the owner or manager gave me free chips and salsa for a review, but that already comes with any Moe’s order… Anyway, the chips were like a high end Mexican restaurant chip, the salsa was just salsa. I ordered the a bacon ranch quesadilla, and it was actually really good. I’d come back.
