This was my first time here and it was unbelievable. Mark the manager went above and beyond for us. He made us a special delicious taco that blew me away. The pork was so soft and the sauce was delicious. As I ate my food in the restaurant he checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking which was very nice. At the end Mark made us a delicious dessert that I will definitely be coming back for. See picture below. I have never had such a soft, well crafted fried Oreo. The syrup that was on the dessert was to die for! 11/10 experience thanks to Mark and food also 11/10. I wish I came here sooner! Can’t wait to come back.

This is maybe my third time coming to this location since the one across the street from me in Pomona did not bother to contact me about the quality of a poorly made order. I don’t know what happened here today but the burrito bowl was flavorless. It had absolutely no salt or pepper and it was soupy that’s how wet it was. Asked for salt and pepper. The girl said they had none. Asked for a straw. They didn’t have those either. Coffee cup lids are what you are given with your fountain soda – the heavy metal music blasted made me rush to finish my food and get out of there. 1 star for the staff being nice. 1 star for a clean bathroom. Another Bubbakoo’s I won’t be patronizing.

I’ve already been here three times!! I tried it once with my family and was instantly hooked. All the times we have had outstanding meals. My wife once again had the nachos with the works, and I had my burrito bowl with chicken, rice, and the works as well. They also had vegan options for my daughter which I rarely find now. Everything is freshly made with generous portions. I don’t know how Chipotle is still open with these guys. The staff are friendly and eager to please, especially the owner who personally greeted me. We have become huge fans of Bubbakoos!

I love the vegetarian and vegan options here. I get the fried cauliflower sometimes and sometimes the veggie patty. The Oreos are so so delicious too – not healthy, but great comfort food! Also the bathroom there is the cleanest restaurant bathroom I’ve ever seen!

Had high hopes for this place and they DELIVERED! So many options I had to take a minute to decide what to get. Ended up with a sweet chili shrimp burrito. Fantastic! Also got curly fries that were perfectly crisp and seasoned as well as fried Oreos that were delicious. Chipotle is losing its touch. Bubbakoos will be my new go to spot.

The service here is so good I’m sort of dumbfounded. The manager, the guy making my burrito, and the man at the register were all fantastically nice, efficient, and patient (had a 4 year old in tow). We’re not getting burritos anywhere else but here.
