Always a pleasure to come here. The owners are always welcoming and eager to help in anyway. The food is delicious with a variety of selections (think chipotle with more options). I normally always get a chicken quesadilla (which is my favorite) and they seem to always have the food already done before I walk into the door. If you have to be in Dublin, you definitely need to put this place on your stoping list. Highly Recommend!r

I didn’t know what to expect here. Is it just like Chipotle? I didn’t know! We drove about 35 minutes to eat here because I’ve been wanting to try it since it opened. It is kind of like Chipotle or Hotheads because you go through cafeteria style and choose your toppings, but there are many more/different protein choices. Shrimp?!? Yes, they have that. They have some pre-designed menu options that you can order or you can make up your own salads, bowls, burritos, and more! They have some fried dough ball thingy that resembles a huge hush puppy, but idk what it is! Going to have to try that next time! Their queso is yummy (I don’t like Chipotle’s queso, but I do like Hotheads’). The chips are a nice texture – not too thick or thin. Oh! They have fried Oreos too!! Deee-lish!! They also have french fries and wings, if i remember correctly. (Check the website!) IDK if I’ll make a special trip to eat here again, but if I’m up on Sawmill Rd. again, I will definitely go back.

Bubbakoos is like a much improved Chipootle (yes, i spelled it that way on purpose) on steroids. This place has options! Configure whatever you want however you want it. Salads, Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas, Bowls, and sides! Did I mention sauces? There are a good 10 sauces to choose from to flavor up your dish anyway you want it. Today I had a salad in a taco shell. Basically a burrito in an edible bowl (an ediBOWL? ha!). What’s not to love about that? The bowl is fresh, the ingredients are fresh, you can tell this is not something sitting on the shelf or in the freezer for months on end until stale and freezer burned. Ditch the McDongals owned Chipootle (names changed to protect the innocent, myself) and hop onto the Bubba’s express! You’ll be glad you did!

Great experience here! Tons of options and ingredients look fresh. I would recommend eating in as food didn’t stay hot on the way home….only complaint but not their fault! Employees were great providing recommendations for good options. The Fried Rice Balls are a great spin on the rice option, and having chicken tenders for the kids works great as well!

The best franchise ever. It’s been just as good and just as fresh every time. And the staff are beyond amazing. Even after the website did something dumb and made my order pickup after I paid, instead of delivery like I selected, I called and the guy I spoke to was understanding and offered multiple solutions without hesitation. Even though it’s an issue with the corporate website and not their store.

It was delicious! We tried loaded quest nachos, the Nashville hot chicken burrito, and a quesadilla. My partner didn’t care for the shredded chicken. The customer service is top tier! I felt like I knew all of them for years and it was my first time going!

I got the Nashville Hot Chicken Burrito and my wife got a quesadilla with steak, quesazilla or something. Anyway, the service was quick and we took ours home. I have all good to say. Chicken was crispy and you can really customize everything about your order. Along with my Nashville Hot sauce I had them throw in a little mango habanero. Delicious. Wife loved her quesadilla as well as the deep fried Oreos with raspberry sauce. Definitely recommend!!

Very mediocre. 40 dollars for what should have been 20 at most. We ordered online for pickup. Just two burrito bowls and the general tso tacos. ETA was 15 minutes. Went to pick up and waited 10 minutes past the eta window. That wouldn’t have been too upsetting if there weren’t 2 different groups coming in after, ordering at the counter, and getting their food before ours was even finished. Finally got it and when we got home , it was lukewarm already. We only live 10 minutes away so trying to figure out the delay in us getting it and getting it home how it would be that cold. Trying to make the best of it, we tried to eat it. It’s so bland. The fact that I ordered flavor with my bowl (sriracha ranch) and my partner didn’t, and theirs had more flavor is upsetting. There was also almost half the size of most other burrito bowls at chains for the same price. The only thing that was decent were the tacos and they were still super lackluster. This is our second chance getting this. Our first was delivery, and it was horrible but we figured it was our bad ordering delivery. Finally tried again and just as awful. Not worth the money at all. Tried calling to address it last night but the line just rang. Maybe if you dine in it’s better,as they were way more attentive to the people ordering after us. Very disappointing overall.
