We love checking out small town restaurants and Bubba’s is one of our favorites. One wouldn’t expect much from a village with a population of 34 but you’ll be surprised. They have a large menu that includes burgers, chicken, steaks, shrimp and much more. They server prime rib on Fridays and Saturdays (I think both nights). Our group ate there on a Sunday evening and everyone was pleased with the food. I know we will be back.

Always good food and service. Off the beaten path but worth the extra drive. Prices are very reasonable. Huge collection of coca cola stuff through the restaurant. They only take cash but it’s never a disappointment. Highly recommend!!

My sister and I recently did a several thousand mile road Trip which included stopping in Strang which is an area my husband’s family came from. We stopped at Bubba’s, had some wonderful conversation with the staff there. They showed us a glass case with Town memorabilia with my husband’s great uncle’s name. In addition there are places in Strang with our family name on. A woman at the restaurant made several calls and her family has a book of the history of strain with our family name in. Lots of great information, extremely congenial and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bubba’s. PS we enjoyed our food as well.

Unbelievable cafe’. What an outstanding Coke a Cola collection. OMG!! It’s a Gem that is definitely hidden. North of the Windmill, center of town. Don’t just drive by Strang, NE. anymore. Stop in for a look, bite, and a drink. Maybe even get some history. Service is fast and kind.
