Always good and Price point is better then most BBQ places. The bombs are a very original item and definitely worth a try. The staff is always pretty helpful and nice. You can sometimes expect a wait depending on the day.

We stopped in and had a pulled pork sandwich and a shredded brisket sandwich for lunch. We ordered a side of okra and some fried mushrooms the meals came with a bag of chips and a pickle each. It was a lot of food and a really good value. I’m definitely visiting again. And the lady running the window was super friendly and very helpful.

Overall, food was excellent I will definitely try again! Potato salad had quite a bit of mustard taste, but still good, no dine in option but you can go to the window to order! Big food portions, fair price for $18. 2 meats, 2 sides and a roll.

Literally falling off the bone ribs – tender and every bite was full of flavor. The brisket was moist, every bite had a good smoke ring, and the rub and bark were perfect. I wish we had pitmasters in Houston who knew how to smoke like this. We liked the potato salad, but my kids absolutely loved the mac and cheese. Got brisket one day and was back the next to get the ribs. Woman at the window was very busy but very nice both times.

Very good BBQ. My husband and I like to get the pulled pork and sliced brisket. Make sure you try their “bombs” side item -fried cream cheese, bacon and jalapenos, sooo good.

The older lady that’s always working the window is always terribly rude and acts like it’s a bother to take your order. Waited 40 minutes in line today. Waited over a hour a few weeks ago and was rudely with attitude told “this isn’t fast food I don’t know why you expect it to be fast” and then slammed the window in my face. No excuse, you can go to a sit down restaurant and order, visit, eat, and pay in 30 minutes, so there’s no excuse to wait for an hour for three cars in front of you to get through the drive thru and overall 1 hr 25 minutes to get food and leave. Food is ok, not very great. Just easy since there’s not many options around here. They’re always out of the sides we want every time we come here. I don’t think we will be coming back anymore after multiple bad experiences here.

The pulled pork sandwich was amazing. I loved the hot bbq sauce. I might have to drive back from Boston sometime!

Google shows they are “Dine in”, they are not. Closed the dining area to COVID and did not reopen.

(3.5) Northwest Arkansas, including this area of SW Missouri, has some outstanding restaurants but the BBQ is average at best outside of two locations. This isn’t one of them. As others have mentioned the ladies here are awesome, the shack is cool (you’d expect it to be one of those amazing hole-in-the-wall joints… not so much) but they don’t know how to pull the most out of their pit. This seems to be par for the course, no discernible dry rub, dry meats and lack of smoke. Still Bubba’s is as good or better than many but the food truck down the road betters them considerably.

This is REAL BBQ folks! Not many places left serving up real pit smoked brisket and ribs, and they do it right. And to boot, real cut fries and homemade onion rings. Nothing frozen here, all fresh food. Good honest people. I’ll be back for more!
