The staff would not allow me to come inside to pay for the food that I ordered in the Drive Through. My wallet was in my backpack but hadn’t found it quick enough for the staff. I’m talking a minute at max!!! I asked why that was not possible and the manager said ” If you ordered in the Drive through, you pay at the Drive through window” The female working the Drive Through and the female “manager were extremely rude about this issue!!!! I then drove away with out getting food!! Extremely Disappointed in their attitudes!!!

I’ve been to many McDonald’s in my life and although this one, in Evansville is small, it’s great. Everyone is always in a good mood, I never feel like I’m bothering anyone when I request my chicken well done and the smiles are fabulous! If you haven’t visited this location and get the opportunity to, please do. Quaint location next to a convenience store for any additional snackage you may need.
