This is my favorite McDonald’s and I will go out of my way to visit this one over others. The recent remodel was a big disappointment; it’s a lot less inviting inside now even if the old-timey stuff they had before didn’t appeal to me. The shift to ordering via app or kiosk really makes the experience less pleasant, but I don’t think the old ways will ever return.

The friendliness off the staff makes up for the longer wait for food, but not if you’re on a 30 minute lunch break. This location is super busy, and HIGHLY understaffed. Today I was told @ the drive-thru there were only 4 employees. That means 1 Manager, 1 collecting $, 1 handing out the order, and only 2 cooks. I’m not going to dis this place because I go here often. Just understand why there might be a longer wait.

Got a mobile order at curb side pick up. Employee brought the food out and couldn’t bother saying a word and threw the bag in my car with his filthy long finger nails. Please explain to your employees the importance of personal hygiene especially when working with food.

A few minutes ago I went to buy an order of hotcakes, two hash browns and a frappe, as I asked for the order to take away, so I didn’t check. When I got to work I realized that they only gave me one Hash brown and it’s not the first time this has happened to me.
