So much for an adult happy meal. This place never ceases to amaze me how terrible one McDonalds can be. Whether it’s 20 minutes in the drivethrough, making you wait in a parking spot because they don’t want the timer to keep going for their metrics, soft serve machine out of service, missing items, or in this case not having correct packaging.

This McDonalds just gets it. When I go in Harvard, I wait in the drive through. Or even worse I am asked to pull ahead and wait. Never once have I ordered food from here and had to wait in the drive through. Sandwiches are made beautifully, orders are accurate and the people are wonderful. When we do the school drop off we avoid Harvard to come here where service is done right.

If I could give this place zero stars I’d happily do so. Service was awful. They don’t care about their customers. Management treats their employees so bad. Fries were cold. They were cussing over the mic. DO NOT get the tea. It was filled with gnats and I watched an employee trying to pick them out. It was absolutely disgusting. Bugs everywhere.
