Now normally they are good but tonight no they were so bad, so I ordered a coke icee after work I paid for it and was waiting for it there was a trunk in front of me waiting for fries because I had my window down and I over heard them. I waited behind the trunk for 3 minutes knowing my icee was already down so the trunk finally left and I pulled up sure either I was right it was sending there then I wait for another 5 minutes to get my icee because the supervisor who was at the window was making sure she got the other ordered behind me ready as well, I was so angry and I asked for another one because it was basically coke on the bottom and she said she was to busy Seriously you made me wait and you won’t get me another one

The kiosk payment machine wasn’t working but there was no way of knowing that until we went through the entire order, so we had to go to the counter and start over. Then our order didn’t go through and we ended up waiting 20 minutes for our food, making us late for an appointment. No sense of urgency when we asked if our food was being prepared. Technical issues need to be addressed!

Absolutely terrible service. I tried to get one of the bundles and I was told that they do not have them. I then tried ordering a combo meal with a small fry and drink and was told that I can’t do that. So I went across the street to Burger King and they let me get a small fry and drink with my combo meal. I will never go to this McDonald’s again.
