I like the 2 for $3 deal on cheeseburgers, but I wish they wouldn’t screw up my order whenever I use the drive thru. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no ketchup. Casher rang it up correctly and it made it onto the grill ticket correctly, but the kid on the grill apparently doesn’t know which is the ketchup and which is the mustard. They need to send this kid back to condiment kindergarten.

This morning, in the drive through window, I politely asked for an ice water. The supervisor rolled her eyes. I waited less than 30 seconds, the other McDonald’s employee handed me my ice water with a kind smile and I can hear the supervisor say “get her out, get her out, get hear out”. I was so stunned. I’m a nurse at a hospital in Rockford in the ER and I never act or speak this way to my patients. Even when my patients are rude. Absolutely inexcusable behavior. I loved this McDonald’s too because everyone has always been so nice.

Food was great, but the customer service was rather lacking. I had a large order that I was carrying out to my car to my waiting family and no one offered to help me with it or give me a large take out bag or drink tray, the only one offered was a flimsy broken one. I had 5 sodas, 2 happy meals, and 2 bags of food that i tried to carry myself, luckily another customer saw me and was nice enough to help me, but when it came to the employees they were less than helpful in terms of customer service

So it seems like all of the McDonald’s that are owned by the same places, including this one Monroe and Beloit are all about the same. Last year I had to call corporate because one of the managers was being straight up weird and then they sent me a bunch of free meals. And I went in there today to get a regular large drink and the manager tried to charge me almost 3 dollars. So I went on the kiosk and did it myself and it was $1.40. So if you don’t wanna get overcharged, use the kiosk.

I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal minus pickle and mustard with a diet coke. I got 2 hamburgers with pickle and mustard and a regular coke- no fries at all. At the window I asked if the drink was diet as it was not marked. The girl at the window said no and made a diet but refused to take the regular Coke back stating they couldn’t use it. Well…I tried to explain that I couldn’t use it either, and she shut the window before I could finish the sentence. I’m not going to drive back to explain the food order was also wrong, but….

Every time I order through the drive thru they seem never to get the order right and end up paying for what I want but give me the cheaper meal!! I guess I will sit at the drive thru windows to open and check ALL MEALS and make sure my order is correct! I should NOT have to do this.

They ripped half my Big Mac patty in half or ate half, something. Wasn’t super impressed with that. The other half wasn’t in the container or my bag so not sure what happened. Otherwise the staff were friendly when I picked up, but still strange.
