We just moved to the area and we found this place. Although we’ve only been inside to eat once it was very nice. I do think we’ve become regulars in the takeout side of things eating biscuits and gravy a few times a week. They are always nice on the phone and our other is hot and ready everytime. We will definitely be eating here often. Thank you and keep up the great good

Had Ms Josie as our waitress. Very nice and friendly. Food was great and didn’t take too long. Good food. My son called my omelette a egg taco and I will call it that from now on.

A coworker and I go here on a fairly regular basis. The food is generally great. 3 trips he asked for a piece of pie when he ordered his lunch. It was skipped over every time. This time he asked for it when we were paying our bills. The little blonde waitress said he really shouldn’t eat the lemon pie and that she should probably just throw it out, but Tim gets upset about it. (We had just watched her serve 3 other customers the same pie)

This is your hometown little diner. The waitress work the room and make sure everyone is very well taken care of. This is our favorite restaurant in borden. The food is always the same constant quality. Prices are very fair for the food you get. The fish platter is enough for two people! They are always welcoming and so kind to us and my family. This is also one of the best homestyle breakfast places. In the mornings, you could not tell there was only one waitress and two on Friday nights. Its not a big restaurant so don’t think it’s because they are understaffed that there is only 1 to 2 waitresses. You never have an extended wait for anything!!

Inexpensive, quality, and coziness for the type of diner it is. What you’d expect, but done right. Generous portions as well! Wife got a grilled ham & cheese sandwich on Texas toast with a slab of ham that could easily feed two. I got a homemade cheeseburger, dressed. With sides of fries, we both commented on receiving our orders piping hot. Something you don’t get often anymore. Friendly staff. We’ll be back soon!!
