A great place for a bite after 18 holes, or a birthday pizza party, or to let the world know how good your voice is on a Karaoke night! Our hours of operation have been reduced due to lack of staff, certainly not because our will to serve you has diminished. These are challenging times, but Buckey has always done his best to keep up with the changing times. Online Ordering, free delivery, curbside pick-up, and contactless dining are just a few recent examples.

We’ve been coming to lake Winnie for over 10 years and this was our first visit to Buckey’s. The food was excellent. We got the potstickers to start which were crunchy and delicious. I had the steak tidbits which had so much flavor and the twice baked potato was spot on! My husband had the ribeye also delicious cooked perfectly, mashed potatoes tasted homemade, baked beans were excellent as well. My son had the fish and chips which were juicy and not dried out. My daughter had the Buffalo chicken Cesar salad and she said it was excellent. My husband and I both had side salads with our meals and they were big and filled with veggies. We will be back!

Very nice spot it was Mexican night great service, good prices, good food, wifey had the drunken chowder and Cesar salad, sis had the fish tacos, brother in law had clam chowder & beef tacos, I had the drunken chowder and fish tacos. The chowders were great lots of fish and scallops and clams not all potatoes. You get 3 fish tacos so wifey got one of mine. The beef tacos were very crispy maybe too crispy. They have a pretty good wine list also. Joe was our server and took great care of us. Nice cozy atmosphere as well.

Ordered ribs and fries and onion rings as my side. All food was cold. Waitress took the ribs and must have nuked them. She took the fries and onion rings and they must have put them the fryer because they were obviously overcooked and very hard. I should have sent them back. Wife ordered nachos and they were served with burnt ends and overloaded with cheese. So much cheese you couldn’t even find the toppings. She ate three and gave up on the rest. The chowder was very good. Loaded with shrimp, fish and potatoes. Wasted over $40 on a bad meal.
