One of the BEST BURGERS I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME!!! REAL MEAT NOT SOME FAKE FROZEN PATTY!!! Stopped in here today with about 15 Jeepers after a Memorial Ride for the Doerman children… We had a ruff ride and was very emotional morning… This place welcomed us with open arms and a family type atmosphere that was very much needed… Child friendly great food for sure… Thank you for the Memories and time!!! We will be back!!!

My favorite place to eat in New Richmond. The food and prices are great. Bucks has a diverse menu with something for everyone at a price you can afford. There’s so many great options on the menu that I have a difficult time deciding what to get. Fried fish, New Orleans wrap, strip steak, ribs and burgers.

We’ve lived in New Richmond for several years and finally decided to try Buck’s.. my husband ordered the ‘Big Buck’ which is a burger with pulled pork. We carried out and once home realized they left the pork off the burger (which is a key component to this sandwich). Luckily we live nearby and when we called they offered to make a new burger or give us a side of pork which we chose… But we still had to make another trip.

Met my daughter for mother’s day brunch. Arrived by 12:30, didn’t receive food until 1:40. No coffee refills offered while we waited. Waitress came over after every table in place had food or ate and left, to tell us kitchen slow.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, the chicken did not have any taste, it was tuff, could hardly cut it with a knife, and it’s texture was grisly. Told waitress, she didn’t seem to care, kind of didn’t know what to say. No offer of discount, or other compensation. Will never return to this place again. Place was not crowded.
