This pizza this particular day was great. Delivery was fast and the order was right. About a year ago I think about the last time before this that I ordered. The delivery was fast but the pizza was completely wrong I sent it back with the delivery person. I then called the store to tell them the problem. I was reassured my pizza would be delivered shortly and it will be correct. 2 + hours later I get a call from the owner. I explained what happened and I wanted a correct pizza. He then proceeded to tell me I will have to pay for the wrong pizza and the correct one they will make. What??? I asked him why I’d have to pay for his employees mistake? He said cuz you still have the pizza. Wow first time anything goes in my favor. Kept being told my pizza was going to be out next. My grandson went to bed with no pizza (yes he was fed) almost 9pm my correct pizza got delivered. I checked it said thank you. But the delivery person was just staring at me from my front porch. I told him I’m sorry I gave the first guy $7 and I’m not paying for another delivery that was you guys mistake. Still can’t believe the owner actually called and tried to tell me I have to pay for both pizzas because of their mistakes. No I’m sorry no we’ll get this fixed NOTHING just a jerk saying we’ll be happy to replace your pizza that we screwed up as long as you pay for our mistakes!!! Wonderful customer service! Couldn’t be better. 2 thumbs up. Woohoo

Ordering online and delivery is simple and fast. The food is mostly great, but I did remove a star because it’s inconsistently made/cooked from one order to the next. Overall, Bucky’s is a great addition to our community and I would recommend them!

We stopped for lunch passing through on a busy Memorial Day weekend and had an awesome lunch. The 6 of us got quick service and built a few special meals including this build your own calzone, personal veggie pizza and garlic bread for the little one. The food was out pretty quick, portions were hearty and their crust!!!

This is the only place that delivers so I give them that for sure! Plus they have a unique gluten free pizza crust that super good! It’s a fluffier crust then most gluten free pizzas are thin crust (which I personally prefer) but it’s nice yo change things up once in awhile! Also this is the only buisness I know that has got BETTET after Covid! Quality went up, delivery is on point!!!! Always earlier than their time says, easy online ordering. Just all around super convenient. We have a busy life so whatever can make life a little easier once in awhile… I’m in! Thanks Greg!
