I ordered #4, which is a ham or turkey combo. I wanted the ham combo, but with mayo, lettuce and tomato, like they serve the turkey. First, I was told they couldn’t do that. My response was that is on the board, but was told that was for the turkey sandwich. I didn’t understand why they couldn’t just switch out the meat, as they were the same meal. After a long pause, I was told they could do that, but there would be an upcharge. A $7.99 meal turned into $10.12. This will be my last time going there.

Buddy’s BBQ in East Tennessee is always delicious! Located all around East TN, they are a good travel food stop. BBQ is good- mild or hot. Brisket, pulled pork, chicken, turkey, ribs, ham are all available. Lots of sides to choose from as well as yummy desserts. Homemade ice tea & sodas. Drive through & dine in open.

Was third vehicle at drive through, only 3 cars. Line was not moving 10 minutes later. Left went to Sonic, every bay was full. No room. Went back to Buddys, 1 if original 3 cars was at window. 15 minutes later got my food, it was good. 3 cars served in 30 minutes while Sonic is full. Driving by Sonic after picking up my food it had emptied out. Most of the vehicles had been served

The barbecue pork sandwich was very dry with hard over cooked pieces in it .the garbage cans were running over when I went to empty my tray even though it was mid day and lobby was almost empty of customers . After 2 similar visits here I won’t be returning agian .

Tell me why the sauce bottles on EVERY table has hot sauce in the bottle that says BBQ sauce…and has BBQ sauce in the bottle that says mild….so we wasted 15$ on our sandwiches because we poured hot sauce all over them that was labeled BBQ sauce..
