I ordered a cheese and pepperoni 4 square and a buddy bread only to discover when I got back home that the pizza was cut into sticks… I return the pizza only to have the young boy working behind the counter start laughing and say that he noticed it while it was being cut. Ok so you admit that you noticed the mistake and still sent the food out? What lovely customer service! A manager needed to come out to complete my return and while he was doing that the young girl who made and cut my pizza came out and apologized and again admitted that she noticed the mistake after she cut it. This is now two times that you have admitted to me how much you hate your job and that you willingly allowed the order to be passed out wrong. I have tried this Buddys location 3 times since they first opened and every order has been messed up in some way or fashion. Buddys is not cheap pizza by any means and if I’m going to be paying $30 for 4 slices of za and a small bread sticks one would hope they would at least cut the pizza correctly. The quality here is not Buddys quality and if you pay attention to all the other low reviews you will see this location has not gotten any better since opening unfortunately.

I ordered 2 different pizzas last Friday for delivery Spicy Italian and Sicilian. I ordered one pizza without onions, they sent two Spicy Italians…one with onions and one without. Of course I’m mad, $5 Buddy delivery, $9 tip and I don’t even get my pizza. I talk to the Manager Michael and asked him what happened, he tells me they must not have read the ticket correctly and he’ll refund one of the pizzas. Someone please explain how a Manager at Buddy’s thinks a pizza is a $1.43…this place is the worst!!! Don’t go here spend your money somewhere else!

We go to Buddy’s often. Glad this location opened. First time we tried this location. It has a small indoor and outdoor dine-in area. There are no wait staff. It is self serve if you want to dine in. We ordered at the counter and told them we would be sitting in the dinner area. Had to go to counter and inquire about our order. It was done and sitting in a warming oven. There were no other dine in customers. The food was good, but slice’s not cut in equal proportion (two big slices and two smaller slices). When you go to Buddy’s for the price you expect a bit of higher personal service. The tables in dining area were sticky and dining area needed attention. I am comparing this Buddy’s to other Buddy’s that I patronize.

I suppose I should have listened to the reviews for this location. Decided to finally try Buddy’s for the first time instead of jet’s and this location was absolutely the wrong choice. The pizza crust was incredibly dry and not as deep as you’d expect a square deep dish to be. Also was very lacking on toppings, barely had any pepperoni. That’s pretty insane considering toppings are $2.50 each. Cheaping out to increase your profits is hardly the way to make a good impression.

We ordered a large pepperoni, their original and classic, and a salad and they were both very good. It tasted and looked like I remember it. Girl who took care of us was super nice and the pizza was ready when they said. Will visit there again!

This was my first and last time ordering here. I ordered the 8 square special with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and onions. My pizza was over cooked and dry. It had very little toppings. The Greek salad was good and so was the service. It tasted like over priced card board.

I love Buddies pizza! But 2 times now I’ve ordered from here and both times were not good. Dry pizza, slightly tasteless. I don’t understand why. Been eating Buddy’s pizza for years. I’ll drive to the other ones. Total bummer cause this location is close. I don’t know what y’all doing different, but learn from the other locations. This should be just as good.

I should of listened to the reviews as well, im stumped how they could screw up a simple order but for 70 bucks for 2 pizzas that basically came delivered inedible is beyond comprehension. I ordered a 8 sq Sicilian and 4 sq cheese and pepperoni. Ordered both pizzas well done and both pizzas came basically near raw. My Sicilian came with no meat whatsoever no pepperoni, no salami, just a skimp amount of veggies and little sauce mostly everything in the middle. I rarely leave reviews especially bad ones but this was appalling, i would expect this from a gas station, not buddys where ive always had a good experience from conant and 13 and vandyke. Honestly felt violated like i was robbed, never again. Plenty of good pizza from cloverleaf and CJs boatyard in the area that blows this garbage away

It’s the crust. Something’s different about the crust. It’s like it’s stale. Hard to bite through without ripping it apart. I don’t know if they use different dough or if they don’t let it rise but it wasn’t good. This is the second time and both times it was like this. I’ve been to two different Buddys and they were great but this one on 23 mile, not impressed. The only reason why I’m giving it two stars instead of one is because the second time we ordered from there, they gave us the wrong order and they gave us a free pizza to make up for it.
