1st off NEVER ORDER EXTRA CHEESE!!!! I was informed by an employee they just put cheese on last when you pay for extra cheese, but they don’t put extra cheese on. I ordered 2 large pizzas, they didn’t have enough sauce or enough cheese even though I ordered extra cheese. It was a dry, hard piece of dough. I complained to the mgr Amy, she said she would take care of it on my next visit, she was not there, the other mgr Dana was rude & dismissive when I explained the situation. I walked out and I don’t plan to return, cloverleaf is waaay better, but even the downtown buddy’s is 10 times better than this location.

I noticed there was a different person preparing the pizza. It was full, the bottom crust was a little darker than golden, it was perfect. I am extremely satisfied. It was the best I have had in a while. I ate it in 3 days as opposed to 6 days.

We wanted to try Detroit style pizza and heard Buddy’s was the best. We were not disappointed! Buddy’s square pizza was awesome! The crust was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of cheese and toppings. The tomato sauce on top was absolutely delicious with just a hint of spice. Great service too. The building itself was a bit dated but we loved its character. All in all it lived up to the numerous awards on the walls.

bad experience my pizza had hard brown cardboard circle pieces in it ..I called the store the Manger Dana said she dont know what that can be I said I took a picture of it. she said well bring your pizza back and I will remake it…I Said I can’t I live 16 miles away..well like I said I don’t know what that could be..I ask for a general manager number she wouldn’t give it to me…she was not apologetic at all was acting like I was lying she has bad people skills I would never go there again.

Classic Detroit-style pizza. In my experience, the service has been good. I ordered online and everything is ready when I arrived. The orders have all been correct. No complaints. I signed up with an account and they sent me a free certificate for a cheese four slice pizza on my birthday.

Totally messed up my $110+ delivery order. When I called to inform them manager was rude and told me it was a lie because her cook said it was correct. I offered to send photos showing the incorrectly made pizzas and they refused to look at them. Said MAYBE they would look at if I brought the food back to store. I had a house full of guests so that could not be done and why I had a $110+ DELIVERY order. The customer is always wrong at the Grosse Point location. AVOID AVOID AVOID that location! All other Buddy’s locations have been top notch and I have never been treated so poorly by any other Buddy’s staff at their other locations. Unfortunately, I just moved close to the Grosse Point location and was excited to try my new local Buddy’s. Will be traveling to go to Warren or Shelby locations which have been excellent for the food and the service for years. Have not received any response from the main Buddy’s customer service team

They said I ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza. I’m a vegetarian why would I order pepperoni?!?!?! Called up there and they would not fix it at all. WORST BUDDYS LOCATION EVER!
