The food is what you would expect at an airport restaurant – decent and mildly overpriced. The side salad was actually really solid with fresh veggies, but the quesadilla had chicken in it that tasted like rubber. I sat at the bar which had a sole bartender waiting on around 10 folks simultaneously. There were QR codes at each seat to allow you to order from your phone, but the system wasn’t working. Just like the other airport Budweiser bars, this is just as bad. Sign in front says wait to be seated, but the employees just stare and walk by. Bartender with glasses is quick to serve drink when you sit down but is very impersonal. I ordered my last drink and asked to tab out and both patrons to each side of me asked to do the same and it took her 40 minutes to bring me my tab after I asked 3 more times.

Man who “greeted me” states “ food will be at least 30 minutes gruffly. Ok. He wasn’t lying, when food arrived another employee stared for 5 minute while I tried to eat and then aggressively began cleaning every inch around me I wasn’t actually occupying. Sweeping under my feet and banging the open chair against the table. He did this until I hurried to finish my food and asked for the check. note- This wasn’t the end of day , it was 2 PM.

Walked in a few minutes before opening, employee at the bar was rude about them not being opened, finally opened and same employee was rude, made “cocky” comment about being open and complaining at the bar in front of customers. Continued complaining entire time. Bartender(Stacey) was as rude and about as poor of a server as you could be. Being a server and bartender for over a decade, sitting there and having to listen to these employees complain nonstop is just lack of professionalism.

The service was slow. It took a long time to get my check. The food was plentiful and tasty. I ordered orange juice to go with my breakfast and they served it with ice! My glass was half full of ice and the orange juice was watered down because of it.

2 stars only because one of the servers “Jackie” (red head server about 40) who was very inhospitable. While waiting for my order I sat at an empty table connected to another table where a woman was on her laptop, (2 connected tables with 3 other chairs.) Jackie came by and asked if we knew each other to which I said no. Then Jackie said “You’re RUDE” and moved the tables apart abruptly on her own accord and walked off. Sitting there confused, I asked the woman seated diagonally if she was directing that comment at me which she seemed to confirm. Now there are respectful ways to speak to *paying* customers. Jackie, maybe you’re having a bad day but don’t be crass and rude to others. Perhaps you should pursue a different line of work. The other server named “Do*****” was polite, patient and respectful for which I added the extra star. Hopefully, this obscene behavior wasn’t racially motivated.
