We had been wanting to go there for so long and we weren’t disappointed at all even the contrary. Tapas style which are quite reasonable in price and will bring you to flavortown :p. Their margaritas were quite good but make sure you order the premium one which is with agave because the regular buena Vida one is with simple syrup and makes it too sweet. Food wise you really can’t go wrong with anything but let me highlight a few of our favorites. The truffle bikini which is a grilled cheese with jamon and truffle oil was really delicious we should have ordered plenty of it!! Otherwise the mini manchego burgers were quite good, the calamari are good because they are lightly breaded and then the mussels were amazing too. Great crispy ciabatta bread too that they offer. Very happy with the place and Reagan our waitress took extra great care of us. Thank you and we will be back!!

I went here on Valentine’s Day and was shocked, but always grateful how quickly our food came out on such a busy day. The quality did not seem to damper so the kitchen was on point. They were sweet enough to gift a rose to each lady as well which was a thoughtful touch. I had one of the specials, Sweet Caroline, a cocktail that was not overly sweet and once again I was grateful for that too. Overall the ambiance is a little “cruise ship vibes” in the area we were sitting, but it didn’t detract from the whole experience too much. The food was good quality and flavors and we liked how there were decent vegetarian and vegan options, just nothing too memorable for me except the pepitoria sauce with the broccolini which I found unique I haven’t seen in most places! Also, park in the garage of the North building because they don’t validate parking for the new garage next door.

I don’t think I’ve ever been too a restaurant where every single employee acted like they owned the place and their livelihood depended on your complete satisfaction. You did not see anyone on the staff walk thru the room and pass a dirty dish that was no longer in use without grabbing it. The manager was among the guests and personally checking on everyone, even though it truly wasn’t necessary. Everything we ordered was outstanding, but I think we both choose the short ribs as our favorites.

Buena Vida is amazing! It was my first time visiting and I came for my best friend’s moms birthday. The staff made her birthday very special. Our server Zoe did an amazing job of going over the menu and making cocktail and tapa suggestions. Zoe was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about all that Buena Vida had to offer. She suggested we try the brussel sprouts, the brisket tacos, and the manchego burgers and we loved every single tapa. I made the right choice choosing Buena Vida for this celebration. We will for sure be back!

I seriously LOVE this spot for ALL THE REASONS! The food is FANTASTIC, so flavorful and great quality yet affordable. But even better, the service is the best anywhere… so genuine, kind, heartfelt, and truly memorable. Preston was my waiter and was so genuine and authentic and fun and kind as well as attentive and considerate. He handled our large group with such ease and sweetness! I went back to the bar another night and William was truly fantastic. I feel at home there and like it’s a secret gem that everyone should experience!
