Wow what a great place to visit while in the Scottsdale area! We all had great barbecue, brisket, pulled pork and chicken. After a few beers and drinks we were able to take a chance on the dance floor! On Wednesday through Saturday they have Bull Riding and an electronic Bull! I still can’t get over how good the food was! The servers took care of us like we were regulars! Great service, food and atmosphere makes this a must place to visit in Cave Creek, Arizona!

We took my dad there to celebrate Father’s day. We ordered 1/2 lb of brisket it had good flavor but it was dry. We also got the ribeye steak with fries(no picture) it was cook medium well, and was soft and juicy. Burnt ends were good with lots of flavor and juicy. The smashed potatoes with gravy were absolutely delicious so yummy. Mac and cheese was good as well.

We went on a Monday late afternoon, so no entertainment. The waitress provided great service, and the food was good. I had the fried chicken. The skin was perfectly cooked, and the chicken was juicy. I would have liked a little mire flavor on the skin. My wife had the brisket sandwich. It was very tender and a good-sized portion. The fries we amazing as well for a standard fry. The Cole slaw was just okay. Would love to come back when the entertainment parts are open. Looks like a lot to do.

Came here for dinner and ordered the brisket, wings, Cole slaw, and fries. Our drinks were cold and came quickly. The food took a while. Started with the ribs which were a little dry. The wings were cooked perfectly. The brisket, fries and Cole slaw were good. Come early as it gets pretty loud and it’s hard to hear in there.

Food was OK, server was very friendly but a little slow. Atmosphere is fun and people here have a great time. We came for the Wednesday evening bull riding. Our first time attending a bull riding event and we had a blast. We’ll definitely come back for the bull riding.

We celebrated our daughter’s sweet 16 party at the Chip. Elizabeth was very professional and detail oriented from the first inquiry, throughout the planning and up to the day of the event. Everything was perfectly executed and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend the Chip for a party as there was so much to do from dancing, great food, watching the bull riding and extra special attention. Molly made our event the most memorable birthday we could have ever asked for! She went above and beyond. She was knowledgeable and professional but more importantly we felt her customer service to be very genuine and authentic and even had the DJ play our daughters favorite line dancing song and made an announcement about turning 16 which made all the girls so giddy! Molly was very attentive, she anticipated all of our needs and made this evening one we will never forget! I can’t say thank you enough to Molly and Elizabeth. Food is gross and beer/drinks are so overpriced you’d think you were in Vegas. Except you’re not, you’re in an average bar in the middle of cave creek with less than average food and security that looks and acts like they were hired because they were cousin eddies pals. I watched a family next to us with two young kids that went to watch the bull riding nicely ask these 3 drunk 50 something dudes with what appeared to be their high mileage broads if they could move so their kids could see the riders. These drunks were standing at the fence which states right on it not to stand there. After a couple attempts the lady got security and these two goons came over and were told no by the drunks and were scared as heck to enforce their own policy. They literally had no idea how to proceed. Craziest thing I’ve seen in a minute. So my buddy and I had to go insist they slide over and lo and behold they moved without much hassle. What is up with this joint?! Security dudes try and look the biker or ex con part and some even look like they may go to the local gym to move some weights around but actually come fully deflated of any real courage and makes you wonder if they even have any beans in their bags. Did i mention the food is garbage and excessively priced? How this place is popular is beyond me. I’ve seen better establishments in freakin Canada and that’s a scary thought Save your money and don’t waste your time. Rodeo was amateur at best, food was garbage (i ordered the brisket and gave it back) and the drinks are just stupid expensive for the atmosphere offered up.
