Do yourself a favor and don’t pass this place up to go to another BBQ restaurant. It’s hard for a BBQ restaurant to get it “all” right. This restaurant knocked it out of the park for a home run! Not only were the ribs SLAMMIN’, the sides(I had macaroni and cheese and baked beans) were equally as good. You don’t find too many places where they get the meat and baked beans spot on. The macaroni and cheese? On point also, complete with Texas Toast. I wish there were more stars to give, but there were only 5. They get a definite 5 from me! Keep it up guys, I’m from Louisiana and most BBQ places don’t suit my taste, but y’all did! And they have the hospitality a lot of other restaurants need to have…THANKS Y’ALL!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just a heads up for those of you eating at Buffalo Creek BBQ in Hillsboro. I ordered a two-meat plate (8oz) to go, and was very disappointed when I was shorted on the brisket receiving just 2.9oz. Yes I did call them to let them know, the young man on the phone would not give me their name, would not give me the manager’s name and said it was impossible I got less than 4oz of brisket. Don’t get ripped off like I did. Included pictures for your viewing pleasure.

Excellent barbecue found here for sure! Sides were equally good. The service was very impressive and employees were very helpful and courteous. Place was clean, well lit, and looked new. Got sliced brisket with the spicy sauce and the mild sauce. Both were very good. Plate comes with 2 sides and I got beans and Mac & cheese. Beans had smoky flavor and the Mac & cheese was creamy and delicious. Very much eating here and highly recommend a by.

Man! Talk about some TEXAS GOOD EATS (amazing RIBS!!) and GOOD ‘ole Southern Hospitality!! Definitely a MUST GO TO stop on your road trip! A local favorite of you live in town! I got the rib basket! The ribs were perfect! The Barbque sauce was awsome! They offer regular and spicy! Will definitely be returning when I’m in town!! The bathroom was so clean and for the parents with pamper wearing babies they got you! May GOD bless this restaurant with great customers!!

Clean, friendly atmosphere. Hands down the best brisket, so juicy. Delicious side dishes, macaroni and cheese better than my own recipe. Don’t forget to get a dessert. Peach cobbler is out of this world! Yum!

I’m not generally a fan of bbq and rarely choose to go to a bbq place, but Buffalo Creek BBQ was awesome! Service was phenomenal, and so was the food. My husband and I loved our meals (pulled pork, brisket, ribs, jalapeño beans, cole slaw, and potato salad). It was all so very good. We did not have dessert, but the pecan pie looked delicious. I wish I lived closer!
