The place itself is your regular bar with a pretty decent choice of beers and drinks, however the beer was hit. The food was not too great and prices were a little high for what we actually got. The chips basket had almost nothing. One of our kids order had 4 chicken tenders and the other had 6. The hamburger was bland. Our server took our drink order and then disappeared. One of our meals was wrong but we couldn’t find our server and my son said he would eat it. There is no organized check in method. Everyone that was waiting to be seated was confused.

Waited 10 minutes to be seated. Ordered 30 wings for our family of 4 at 540 at 620 the waitress comes out and asks how the wings were. We hadn’t received them yet. Didn’t check in once for refills. Food comes out with the wings unmarked so the no spicy eaters have no clue which ones are what. Beyond disappointed

I came in today with a group of 8. No one was here except us and everywhere you looked there was just a TV with old sports games on. Food wasn’t great. The boneless wings are gross and the sauce isn’t anything special. My wife got tacos and they were too spicy for her to eat. The fries were also gross and oily. The service was great. Our server was very generous and did a great job handling our large party. That was the only good memorable feature of this restaurant. Didn’t feel any spark at any point otherwise whatsoever.

Went in to grab a few drinks with my wife and we had a phenomenal experience. Our server, Matt, went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our meals and confirmed that everything came out perfect. He checked in regularly to see if we needed refills. The food came out and was piping hot and cooked superbly. Great work to the kitchen and to Matt. I will be returning soon and will 100% request Matt as my server.

This place is a joke. Whole restaurant was dead, now I know why. The bar had some people at it. When we walked in hostess was on the phone. We walked to bar. No seats together so we sat at a high top. All were open. Waitress loudly complained about us seating ourselves. I get that but really? Don’t you want customers? Other than bar, place was empty. And bar was not full just no two seats together. So we ordered our beers. Went to pay, rather than take my card I had to scan something on the table and take time to enter all my info. I just worked a long day myself, so I seriously now have to sit here and enter all this info when I see your credit card scanner and you could do it in two seconds. I go out to not have to do this stuff. I’m in the industry and do transaction as all day long. Can I have a beer and relax and can you just run my card like every other normal establishment? Waitress was rude . No wonder why the place has hardly anyone in it! Work on your customer service people . Many places to chose from in Hanover. With what you got going on, I wouldn’t choose this place ever again. I just wanted beers bc last time I ate there, years ago, I had a hair wrapped in the little toothpick that holds sandwiches together! GROSS! So food sucks and so does customer service. Quick beer after work , never again!

Usually have a pretty decent experience at this chain. Not sure if it’s just the location but my burger was… largely inedible. I’ve never seen holes in my burger patty before from being so thin it’s falling apart. It also just tasted like really low quality beef. Chicken wings and sides amazing as always, and fantastic drinks. But… don’t get a burger.

Our server/bartender (Bob?), he’s very accommodating and friendly. I go in here once a week (Tuesday Lunch) and he knows me and my staff by heart and can just about put our orders in for us without looking. I like his honesty and recommendations on new drinks and menu items, I never feel like he’s trying to upsell us, which goes a long way for me. I always get the wings and they are delicious.

Came here Saturday 7/23 at lunch time. Hardly anybody in the restaurant so I thought service would be good and the meals hot and delicious. My wife ordered a burger and friends and I ordered chicken wings. In about 10 minutes her burger came out along with a few other burgers for the surrounding tables. I told her to dig in and not to wait for my food to come out. By the time she was finished eating I was still waiting for my meal.. I’d say about 15-20 minutes.. now my meal comes out and she has to sit there and watch me eat, which didn’t make sense why couldn’t they have timed it better? There was hardly anybody in the restaurant. I asked the waitress to get the manager and asked him why it took so long and he said when it’s hot and ready that’s when we serve and he walked away. The food was good but the timing and management was not.

The place was mostly empty and we waited 15 minutes or longer to be seated only to be ignored sitting there with menus and obviously no drinks. The place is sorely understaffed and horribly managed. We waited an hour for wings (supposedly their signature food item) at our last visit. Decided to try one last time. We will not be back – not wasting any more of time in this abysmal excuse for a restaurant. I wish 0 or negative stars were an option. Do not waste your time like we did.
