Disappointing Buffalo chicken salad. $14.99 for two tenders with a drizzle of sauce. Nor even chopped and mixed, 4 slices of tomatoes not mixed in. I don’t have anymore chicken and half the salad left. Not a good place to go to lunch if your trying to eat a salad. Chicken was tasty though. 2 stars.

Horrible service, dry over cooked wings, terrible mixed drinks. We sat for 35 minutes waiting for just drinks. Food came first and was missing part of the order. We asked for Togo boxes as soon as we received our food and we still have not received our boxes or check. I will never eat here again. It’s 3:24pm. I want my money back but I won’t fuss… Do not go here!!!

Damn poor service. The food just the same any BWW or other wings place. One time we waited ~30 minutes for our waitress to come back. Another time it was my birthday and for whatever reason the app wasn’t showing the 6 free wings birthday offer and the waitress nor the manager were kind nor helpful. If you want fine food and bad service then this is the place to come!

6 uncleared tables nearby for our entire meal. Hostess on her phone, two waiters in the to go area also on their phone. Garbage and dirty trays left on tables. Near the end of our meal 8 more severs came in for their shift, didnt clean up the dirty tables, just stood around at the front talking for 20 min.

Place was terrible tonight. I ordered a lemonade and a large tater tots. That was fine. I ordered the all American cheeseburger and french fries. The fries were tasty but the burger sucked. I asked for the burger with only cheese. The first time I got it with lettuce and tomato. The second time it was with mustard on the top bun. The third one there was mayo on the bottom bun. Any other place would compensate there guests for the inconvenience. I was charged for the burger after sending it back 3 times. I will not be coming back here again. I feel really unwelcome and unappreciated like they didn’t take the time to care. Very poor communication with the customer. The way I had my food sent back so many times and charged for it.

I’m usually a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings but this location just didn’t do it for me. The service was okay and my meal was subpar. I had chicken tenders where the breading looked like it was missing or fell off on pieces and the food was a tad cold. Maybe because I came late night but definitely had better from BWW.

Horrible experience this time around, while visted the broadway location on prior ocassions but last Tuesday water just walked away on me and my wife on asking clarification on the Haapy hour menu that was provided to us even though we visited after the happy hour. Not sure what was the big fuss to ask if the menu was still valid or not, waitress was very disrespectful although the manage was kind enough to listen to our complaint but at that point the evening was already ruined.
