Be careful eating at this place especially when you are able to see that the waitress looks overworked. Our waitress seemed moody when we arrived . I don’t think she wanted to wait on anyone else based on her greeting when we arrived. The waitress is the one to serve the pout the drinks and serve it and she didn’t care to have taken a cup that was dirty. Can’t blame the cook for it just her . I requested to see the manager it must of been like 10PM and the manager couldn’t care less to show his/her face. Nasty place wouldn’t recommend anyone eating there . Here’s a pic and I have videos too! Dirty cup with lipsticks . Will be calling the health department concerning this incident .

Went for lunch today (Wednesday at 1pm.) Stood and waited over 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Multiple staff members walked past us and no one said a word. A line of people grew behind us. Once we were finally acknowledged we were told it would be a five minute wait. The restaurant was not that busy at all. We walked right out and went elsewhere.

This place is so unorganized. They sat my son and I right away but then we didn’t see anyone for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I went to every server and bartender and no one could help. Meanwhile there were people all over trying to pay their bill or get service. Easily more people could have walked out. Finally got the manager and said they were understaffed. At the same time two people walked out after their lunch break was over and was waiting for their food for over 45 minutes. After we finally got someone to get out order they rushed everything. They gave me a wing that had bones and shards sticking out of it. All the manager did was comp one of the appetizers. This was a Tuesday afternoon at 1:30pm. Can’t imagine what the evening had in store for them. Never going there again.

I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings a lot over the last year and a half. Whenever I come, the service from the waiters is always excellent, even on busy days. Except for Natasha. I’ve had her as a waitress on 7 different occasions and every time she is inattentive, and her check ups on the table are far and few. I’m not talking about this being on a busy day. I’m talking about on the slow days where there are not a lot of people in the restaurant. The first 2 or 3 times I just assumed she was having a bad day or an off day but with this happening so often I feel as I had to make this in hopes of it being seen
