Overall the food was very good I just wasn’t happy with the service. When we received our bills it took 3 times for our waitress to get them right and it still wasn’t right after that. People kept getting charged for 2 orders of fries when everyone got one. After the third time we just gave up and I ended up paying for two orders of fries when I only got one.

Overall a very good experience, the food was fantastic although was a little pricey for what you got….it seems that every big chain is cutting their portion sizes right now but increasing prices. Amazing choice of spicing options for your wings, although if you aren’t into wings there are other options too. Fun friendly atmosphere with lots of TV screens showing all different sports. Agree with other comments that service a little on the slow side but then every place seems to be short staffed these days so this restaurant is by no means alone.

We had just discovered this location, and had one previous excellent experience. However, I attempted to have lunch solo on April 1st, and the joke was on me. It was not busy and a pretty day so I requested to sit outside. Service was horrendous the entire time. On a previous visit, we had received our food in less than five minutes. However, I placed my order and waited 20 minutes for six wings only. I comforted myself in that at least they would be hot and fresh, but when they arrived, they were cold. I waited another 15 minutes for the servers return, and requested a to go drink and the check. Another 10 minutes went by, when she returned I just handed her the credit card. I then waited another seven minutes, and when she did not return, I went inside to find her she was taking an order from patrons at the bar, She had my credit card and slip in her hand, and just handed them to me without a word. We eat out often, and this is the worst service I have had in recent memory. I attributed it to being a solo diner, however I typically tip for two when the service is great, as it’s almost as much work as a party of two. We will not return to this location, if to BWW at all. I feel that corporate should be aware as well, it was so easy to make me happy, and it fell way short.

I made an online order for 30 boneless wings and 3 sauces. I got home and opened up the food to find that the wings were tossed in “a sauce” (made a mixture of the 3 I picked), but not the sauces I chose. It’s a 20 minute drive. I’m not driving back to return them. However, I did have to wait for 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there. The transaction was quick with a very brief “how may I help you?”. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from this location, but I was excited to try the wings from here.
