I stopped at this BWW with a couple of work friends for a quick lunch. We went around 1130 and there weren’t very many people there at the time. Service was great for us. Food was good, we came here for the cauliflower wings for my friend and she was happy. I got the chicken tenders and they were great, as were the onion rings. I ordered the 5 piece but I had leftovers and even the 3 piece would have been plenty for lunch. We didn’t check out the beer menu this time. Parking lot seemed small but it was nice they had their own.

Cashiers was great , Greeted me at the door as soon as I walked in ,the problem is the chicken wings I order Wild , sweet chile lime & spicy garlic the chicken had very very little sauce on them almost none and the chicken was very dry pink in the inside and cold..I also ordered mozzarella sticks. I live right around the corner got home they was even cold it’s like the food was just sitting out all day not fresh at all. I just trashed the food I was so disappointed ..I won’t be ordering from here ever again. Here’s a picture of how the wings has very little to no sauce.. geez I mean you guys have so many sauces and don’t use it on the chicken wings pointless to sale sauce just sale naked chicken.

I have never ate here. The food truly looks good. I would say that the cashier was weird. Me and my friends were 15,16 and 17 a couple of months ago and the cashier was flirting with my friends lil sister who was 15. She does look grown but as a cashier or just a worker. You should not be flirting especially when they look uncomfortable. Just very unprofessional. Convinced me not to eat there

Worst costumer service I received in the DE area. Call few minutes after 11 to place our order and I was very clear about what flavors I needed on the wings. The gentleman who answered phone was not friendly at all. Secondly, he was not interested in hearing anything else because I could tell all he cared was to get the order placed. Since he didn’t clarify what I ordered, I repeated myself on the flavors I needed and I was very specific. I went to pick up the order @11:46, waited by the counter for about 4 minutes and I saw several of the employees walk by the cash register front counter area no one stopped to ask if I had been helped. I asked this other customer who was standing there if he is waiting to place an order or waiting to pick up. He said waiting to pick up his order. He went into say, I’m pretty sure there are employees working in the back but no one seems to want to come up to the front desk to help.

Over the last 30 years I’ve dined more than my fair share of wings and beer in B-Dubs over several states. Tonight’s experience definitely was lacking. The server seemed good although it did take an extended period to begin our service. The place was not busy. The food arrived on time but the problem hinged on the “Appetizer”. Generally an appetizer should arrive prior to the entree not with it. When questioned why this arrived late and very light for an order of onion rings. He did apologize and try to make it right by bringing it back to the kitchen to add some more to it. When it came back it was actually missing pieces not added to and cold to boot as he walked around with them. Mind you I believe the server was not at fault here. This Cluster happened above his pay grade. you can do better B-Dubs. I’ve been eating the food at this chain for far too long to know when the kitchen screwed up…

This location has fallen off in the past couple weeks. I generally order food for lunch and it used to be the same group of people at the location, and would recognize me when I came into the store which was great. But there’s a new group they’re nice, but the food has dropped drastically in quality. The boneless and bone in wings have both dropped in size, and even having to wait extra time past the estimated wait time, the food was barely room temperature, it’s been very disappointing. This will most likely be leaving my weekly rotation.

The wait on the days BOGO wings is NOT cool, workers walk back & forth like you do NOT exist, taking phone orders to them is more important than taking your order standing there infront of them, Poor customer service, NO regard to you the customer, so if you have to take advantage of the BOGO wings, order on line, go pay & get quietly OR you will NOT like the experience!
