I’ve given this place a bad review before and haven’t been back in 2 years. Got into town late last Thursday and figured I’d give bogo boneless another chance. Same problem as last time. Chicken barely coated in sauce. Maybe 30-40% coated and thats out of 24 wings.

While I’ve had good experiences here, I am rating one star ENTIRELY because of our server Bryan. When we come here we want some simple chicken and drinks; the bar is pretty darn low. But from the very start we were treated rudely by this person, who clearly had more important things in their mind than their job or customer service. They messed up our order in an attempt to inflate our bill. Very curt and inattentive service. I don’t give bad tips, but this loser worked their way down to about a 5% tip. In the end I decided to have mercy, knowing people in this industry are often underpaid, and gave them a 10% tip for their “effort”. I immediately regretted this as Bryan took the check out of my hand BEFORE I WAS EVEN FINISHED SIGNING IT. Clearly, this idiot thinks they’re more important than their job. Would go back and tip him a single penny if I could. Shame on you, Bryan. Go get a different job. You don’t belong in the service industry.

Had take out from here and everyone was perfect. My order was ready on time, accurately prepped, and piping hot when I picked it up. They have a separate takeout entrance at the back of the store, so no waiting in lines up front to get your food. Everything tasted as I expected from BWW and we were satisfied.

Usually slow during the day in the off-season. Be prepared if ordering “mild” wings, they are spicier than other mild levels I’ve tried. This was our first time ordering something other than the wings and we decided on the chicken wrap. Also had the fried pickle appetizer as usual. Highly recommend the adult drinks Old No 7 lemonade and the Red Bull sunrise. The server offered to bring ketchup and never brought it back so we just grabbed our own from a table across the dining room. They also offer a rewards program to earn points for free menu items. Easy to sign up and earn free stuff!

Terrible customer service by the young ladies that work the “take out orders” counter. On personal phone calls while “helping” me, appeared totally uninterested to be there, and just rude overall. While I appreciate the fact that they showed up to work, it would be nice to see a little more dignity and respect.

I usually love wild wings but this was a total let down. My family and I didn’t receive service for well over 30 min no one came to our table. They were slow and only had a total of 5 other tables that day. The hostess never let the waitress know we were there. One waitress was hanging out with the hostess and never said a thing to the woman who was supposed to serve us. Then the food took atleast 20 more min to get to use and it was not a complex order very basic stuff…I was highly disappointed in the wait staff…just a huge lack of customer service will not be eating there again. The excuse the waitress gave us was she was arguing with her boss about some “super important ” …..the boss and her probably need a good talking to about doing there jobs ..

I love going to Buffalo wild wings. I just went there yesterday for lunch. When I looked at the receipt and saw almost $10 for just 2 sodas. That’s outrageous!! I’ll keep coming back for the food but I’ll order water next time 🙂
