It was hard to find someone to seat us, or to even figure out where we were supposed to go to find a host/ess. There was the take-out counter with a line…was I supposed to wait in line there? Couldn’t tell. We bumped around in the area until a waiter flew by, but I was able to stop him so I could ask what to do. He looked confused, probably thought I was an idiot, then said he would find someone to help me. He came back after a minute and led us to a table. We asked for a booth and he said he’d have to clean it. So he went and got a rag and wiped some of the crumbs off. I wiped crumbs off the bench so I could sit down. We waited a good 5 mins, at least, and said if he doesn’t come back within 2 minutes we’ll leave. A different guy finally came by. I think he was new. He spoke very quietly, like mumbling, and seemed unsure of the menu. It took a while to get answers to our questions, mostly because we couldn’t understand him. Long story short, the rest went about the same, with subpar service, although they were nice people, they meant well, they just weren’t very familiar with things. It took a while to get the food, and thanks to a well-timed visit, we were able to get a larger size beer for the price of a smaller one. Maybe it was a Wednesday night thing. They had different specials for each day. All in all, we probably won’t go back, but maybe it’ll get better as the new folks become more comfortable working there. Maybe everyone was new. Like I said, they were all very nice, so that part is great. It’s hard to find nice people these days.

My boyfriend and I had dinner this past Sunday, June 4, 2023 at BWW. We were extremely lucky that Lexi was our server. She was extremely helpful, kind, caring, funny, down to earth and patient. She had a decent amount of tables and was still very attentive to all of us.

My husband and I love BWWs, that being said. We were disappointed at this local because of the following , drinks( Henny Hustle) ordered but a watered down version, no Hennessy , no strawberries, no lemon flavor, also food( asked that all be brought to table together and all hot) it came at the same time but each order of fries were rubbery and cool to touch, immediately asked for just one order of fries instead. Took so long that we had finished our burgers. They were hot! The waiter Andy was kind and gracious. Now there was a promotion for free order of wings( 6) if you spend at least $10 for food. I myself am a rewards member and I used my reward to get my burger free. However our wings weren’t taken off . . We spent $48.75 after deduction for burger, so definitely more than $10 was spent, we were told that the machine wasn’t able to take the wings off. I didn’t want wings but because they were supposed to be free I ordered them. No gift card to use on a future visit or anything just charge for an item that was to be complimentary. Please do some follow ups on your Restaurants when promotion should be fulfilled . This is sad and not too inviting for a frequent guest

My wife had been wanting to come to Bdubs for over an year but something or the other kept is away. Today was finally the day when we checked in after years. We were just in time for happy hours. We got Coors and Miller light for $4 and Margarita for $5. For appetizer we got the fried pickle for $4. For Thursday they have BOGO free on boneless wings. I got the Carolina Reaper sauce and my wife got the Hot one. The place is a bit dirty and needs some deep cleaning but our server Kelley was the best. She was attentive, courteous and regularly checked on us. She is the reason I am giving 4 stars and was even thinking 5 stars. Overall it was a great experience. The food was great and we had a great time. If only they can clean up the place a bit, it will be even better. Even the menu had ketchup on it which had dried. Will visit again for the sandwiches again sometime soon.

Ordered DoorDash for Buffalo Wild Wings and I always get sauce on the side whether I’m in person or ordering delivery. I get my food and have nothing but dry wings. It’s really not that difficult to assure sauce is in the bag. Reading is fundamental.

The food is good when you dine in, but don’t order take out. The two times we did, we didn’t get the right amount of wings and they were cold. The veggies were sad and dry. The fries were over cooked and you couldn’t eat them. It’s really disappointing because we’ve never had any issues at the restaurant itself.

Went for lunch, this was our first time visiting. We enjoyed our meals the burgers and wings were just as ordered and delicious. Our server was very polite and on point. We never had to ask for anything.
