Everything is just ok. Food not great, but not awful. Service wasn’t good. Typical TGIF or Applebee’s type of service. You have to ask for a lot like ketchup, straws, napkins, silverware, etc. The server that brings out your food just shows up and says “Cheeseburger?” hoping that the staff got the order right. You basically have to ask for your food twice. No need to go back here. There are too many other restaurants in that area.

Love sitting outside at Buffalo Wild Wings on a nice day. Their portions are huge so you definitely get your money’s worth here. They have a good lunch menu. Wings and wraps are good. Decent beer selection. I’ve always experienced good service.

I came here on 3/18/23 and we were seated immediately. We sat at a table right in the middle and all of the servers were walking around us serving other tables and did not acknowledge us. We sat there for 10 min until my mom went to the hostess letting her know and we got a server 5 min later. She never told us her name, and she took about 10 min to get our drinks. I ordered a salad and I was not given any silverware—our server was no where to be found and I had to ask someone else. Then we needed more blue cheese for our wings and our server brought back three containers of ranch and hurried away. Once again she was no where to be found so we could let her know we wanted blue cheese and not ranch. She was not attentive at all. We wanted to get the bill so we could leave, and getting her to come to our table was almost impossible. Finally my mom was able to ask her for the bill, which took almost 10 minutes for it to come to us. Then of course there was more waiting so she could come back and take the bill and my debit card. My mom went to the car to wait for me, and 5-10 min later she came back with my card. We won’t be coming to this location ever again.

Love the food… We ordered their traditional chicken wings and they came perfectly seasoned and hot… The place is always clean… The staff is always very friendly… A really nice place to go chill… Love the sports TVs… The location is very convenient and there is plenty of parking outside… I think the parmesan garlic is their best sauce… The sauces are picked very well with an amazing variety.

In house dining may be nice but never place an order online, I’ve spend $80 on wings and they told me over the phone they don’t see the order specifics so they just send you plain naked wings and tell you they can’t do anything and keep your money. Terrible customer service and no desire to resolve an issue with the order.

I came for happy hour and to pick-up 20 wing ordeal, well, the bar tender allowed me a pineapple mojito as a happy hour WRONG I had a few and bamm $20. I tipped read menu only long Island was allowed, so that was not cool, but then left $25 cash at bar picked up 20 wing ordeal show up to work and that was wrong, beat again. So, I was beat in all $18 bucks, no comp nothing, I guess back to Hooters. As home base, b-dubs won’t make it right, I talked to host couldn’t do anything.
