Dinner on a Saturday evening was not such a great experience. We had very poor service, and our food came out incorrectly. My wings, which are what they are known for, were terrible! They were dried out and over cooked to the point I could only eat half of them. We couldn’t get a manager to come over and assist. Huge disappointment because, as a chain, they are typically consistent. Not this location. They have some serious work to do to get me to come back here ever. Don’t waste your time or your money.

When my husband and I visited this restaurant on a Monday it was slow with maybe 4 tables occupying the entire dining area. We were seated and waited 20 minutes before we left because a waiter/waitress never came to serve us. The worst part was there were 3 separate waiters and waitresses that repeatedly helped the other tables, looked in our direction, but never came to assist us. Even on the days we visited and were served, the service has never been good. I would definitely not recommend coming here if you actually want to get something to eat.

I’m never here in the evening when it’s poppin’. The food is good. But the service for the beginning hours is lacking at this location. Shouldn’t even be open. 15 minutes late so far for an online order that gave 30 minutes original waiting time. No one hardly in the restaurant. Not acceptable.

Done with BDUBS. This last visit was the end for us. The price is outrageous now. $94 for 20 boneless wings, 15 traditional wings, an app sampler and 2 fries. Just to feed 3 people, damn near $100. Not to mention the fries literally didn’t come for almost 20 minutes AFTER the wings!!! Servers here are always overworked and mediocre. Support a local wing place instead.

Food wasn’t too bad but tolerable. Did not have root beer at location. Ordered coffee, but was told there was none which probably means they didn’t want to make an entire pot for one cup.Service wasn’t exceptional but not terrible either. Mainly because it was late and they were understaffed.

Buffalo wild wings is great. I love the food and the great service. The burgers, wings and bbq sandwichs are great (not 100% sure they still have the BBQs). If you like spicy, try the blazzin’ Carolina reaper sauce but I’m warning you, it’s hot! Also, the Nashville hot chicken sandwich is amazing .

I got Nacho’s with the queso on the side when the nachos came out they gave me a very small amount of queso for a whole order of nachos and the cheese wasn’t melted . I haven’t been there in a while and it was TERRIBLE WON’T BE BACK. I walked out because the server never came back .The restaurant only had 3 tables in it .I’m surprised your still open

Very unhappy with my service. Waited 10 minutes to be sat without anyone acknowledging us until finally someone comes to seat us. We are sat at a very uneven table that shouldnt even be used if its not stable. Our friends chicken sandwich was wrong- ordered chicken sandwich with cheese but he got everything on it and when he sent it back they just took off the toppings and gave it back with a cold slice of cheese on it. Disgusting. He sent it back again and didn’t even want to eat anything after that kind of service. The sweet tea and Dr pepper tasted awful, and we barely saw our server. This was my first and last time coming here. Get it together.
