Best burgers in the neighborhood! Boneless wings were overcooked and hard. Pretzel knots were outstanding. Service was slow and they were not that busy at the time. Server was often seated and visiting friends in another booth and not attentive. Store was very clean and neat. Great TV displays…

Hands down one of the worse dining experiences I’ve ever had. The wait wasn’t long, so that was good. However, once we were seated, our chairs were covered in crumbs they had swept off of the table. I put my feet down and immediately crunched a child’s drink lid and a pile of ripped up fries. So they had not swept under the table. I scooted all of the waste out from under the table to be swept, and no one ever did. In fact, multiple employees saw it, walked around it, and never cleaned it. Next, we ordered an appetizer. Was placed on the table with a very visible hair on top of the sauce cup. Sent it back and took about 7mins to get a new cup of sauce. Then they brought our food out, but it was not what we had ordered. Had to send that back as well. When we finally got our correct order, the half the wings barely had sauce on them and they had shorted us two wings. I’ve never had one restaurant blunder so many times. We were not rude or angry, but very kind and gracious, and not one member of the staff, including our server, ever apologized for our experience.

The food was absolutely delicious, amazing burgers and wings. Service sucked though. Stood at the door waiting to be seated for several minutes but it wasn’t busy. Just no one paying attention. Didn’t get asked for our order for about 15 minutes and were mostly ignored.

Last 3 times I was there My party was never seated. No one ever came to the front and ask us if we have been helped. The restaurant wasn’t even crowded.. several other couples were there also.. after 10-15 minutes we all left.. Culver’s next door was exceptional.. great burgers and fast service..

Ordered take out since it’s new years and all our wings are bone in when we ordered boneless. Got home which is 20 minutes away (this is still the closest one to us) and super disappointed. I know things happen sometimes but this is the second time with this particular store. I have BOH experiance so I try to be patient but either someone’s not reading their tickets correctly OR they ran out of boneless wings, in which case I should have been contacted.

Bad service, Bad service, waiters did not attend my table, parents and they do not give ketshut or salt, Tuesday with a 50% discount and they did NOT give the discount. So they serve excessive sounds from their televisions and music to the point of discomfort. The ladies’ bathroom does not have paper towels to dry hands and they are NOT clean. The employees are on their subject, but the customers were NOT their priority. The wait to be received and seated was long and it still took them a long time to take the order once they were seated where they decided without asking if we liked that table and they clarified that there were almost no diners and they had everyone contained in half a space, a bad experience DO NOT visit the town of Arden total waste of time and money served the beer and not my drink, it will be that they only serve gringos well and that of the tourist client.

I ordered burgers from wild burgers with a couple of customizations. I specifically deleted tomatoes and pickles from my burger because of allergies and my burger had both on them. Another burger had an unwanted condiment and did not have the one requested. Sloppy expediting. Delivery by Uber eats was great.

Our waitress Yasmin was wonderful, she was sweet and explained the situation with the staffing issues. The music at times was to loud but the staff happily fixed it.
