The owner needs to know this store won’t last the year operating with the staff and management they currently have. Do a little undercover boss action and see just how bad the situation is. They wouldn’t seat us on the rooftop because there wasn’t wait staff for it (so they said). Meanwhile we watched as several other people came in asking for roof top seating and were refused for a variety of reasons including it being “full” when it certainly was not. It was interesting watching what I can assume we’re preferred guests of servers being taken immediately to the roof without even a question of where they wanted to sit. I inspected the roof and found the seating roughly 1/4 full. The music was different from the main dining area, more gangsta rap than typical BW3 style.

Ive been here about 5 times since they opened. The food, service, and atmosphere are really nice. This time I ordered the chicken nachos and one chicken dawg. They were both tasty and i was unable to finish them both

So unorganized, we ordered a sampler, which came out 20 minutes after the wings. Wings came out first, fries came out afterwards. The salad advertised as having bacon but did not have any, when asked about it server did not know what that salad usually comes with. At the end of the day it’s not even the servers fault. Their staff needs retraining. We were all done with our foods before our fries came out. Good thing the server knew not to bring out cold fries so she had them remake it before bringing it out. I ordered more wings because I didn’t want to eat the fries by itself. And the fries still didn’t come out. Edit: wings also came out not hot. While still waiting on fries. The onion rings were soggy. Mozzarella sticks wasn’t even stringy

This might be a long post but bare with me and keep on reading . We are visiting from Texas and let me tell you that I came in accepting to be disappointed but boy was I wrong. From the moment we walked in got sat down and got our order taken, I give 5 star customer service. Tyler our waiter was freaking awesome. Now like I previously mentioned we come from Texas and I have dined in Harlingen, Austin, Odessa,and Midland and everyone of those places would always disappoint. The over all wait time to get the order taken get the drinks and get the food to the check would probably be between 30 mins to an hour for each. I always ask for extra extra crispy wings cause I fear I would go in healthy and leave with something not good. Even if asked crispy the wings are always soggy. That little rant are from Texas. Now for my experience with the one here in Dunwoody area,man I got nothing but great things to say. We walked in and the hostess were full of energy. We got sat down and Tyler (our waiter) got our drink order then not even five mins later took our order. I made a comment to my party that if the food comes out fast I’d write a review and be happy( I was starving and I am not me when I’m hungry ) not only did the app got to my table with in five mins of placing our order, our main course followed with in ten mins. Mind blown. Fastest service ever. The place was super clean and let’s just say everything was on point. Kuddos to all the employees from the kitchen, bar, servers, hostess, and management. The best thing that I have experienced here in ATL.

The breaded cauliflower with sauce was tasty. First batch of fries were not fresh. We requested another order of fries which was excellent. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. He ensured our orders had the correct condiments. The atmosphere was relaxing.

The absolute worst buffaloes in the country. The bartender was more interested in flirting with the new bartender other bartenders always on break. Food was terrible cold and I was missing everything but the wings. They had to try and locate. When I asked about it female bartender slammed my food on the bar and and ignored everything else missing in the order. They seemed to pay more attention to the staff that came in there to drink and eat over other customers. I sat and watch a staff member given 40 wings rather then the 20 he ordered because he felt they weren’t hot enough it screw me for not even getting my order.

As far as sales, service, and customer service Five Star Ford in Stone Mountain have to be ranked as one of the best dealerships in the nation. Great General manager, he actually takes time and speaks to customers and he is very accessible. And if you need a vehicle be sure to ask for Jacob in sales he is the absolute best.

Waited more then 1 1/2 hour and the restaurant is empty. Still waited more the. 1.5 hours sitting on the table without drinks( they didn’t even asked about the drinks). After 1.5 hrs when we want to leave the restaurant without food and drinks, the front guy looked at us, drinking something’s and not even worried and asking anything. Worst service and not sure how Bdubs hire this people and run the restaurant

Have a great experience with Friends at this location. We sat out on the rooftop for a birthday get together. The food tasty I had a black bean burger everyone else had a different kind of buffalo wing. Our waitress was really pleasant and professional I don’t want to mess her name up but up starts with a K. Upstairs has its own bar, and game like corn hole and Jenga. Large screen TV’s on the patio as well. I’ll definitely return.
