When we got there we were surprised there was a 20 minute wait time considering how many empty tables there were. We overheard one of the servers say they were short staffed because of call ins. We left to go somewhere else and we received a text our table was ready to our surprise. The server was excellent and very attentive, not just to us but all of her customers. Considering how short staffed they were they did an excellent job of getting us seated and served. We will be going back soley for the excellent service we recieved. Outstanding.

I come to the Morristown location frequently. I always get amazing service, Jeff especially. One of the best servers I have ever had. Remembers what I order when I come in, promptly checks up and polite. I work while I dine and I appreciate when someone responds when I need them and is not overwhelming. Wish I had this kind of experience in other restaurants.

The absolute worst bdubs that I have ever stepped foot in. I’ve been to do many, from Minnesota, down to Georgia and this one is by far the worst. Key point: the location was fairly empty and no large parties going on.

It’s never really busy because the food is awful. The wings are pure gristle, cold and zero flavor at all. Fries looked and tasted old as if they were sitting out for an hour then re fried to get hot. Same result when we went a few months ago but figured they deserved a second chance. Stay away. The place is gross.

My boyfriend and I come here quite often. We have for years, atleast probably once a month. The service has always been great until tonight…We waited 10 minutes to be sat, and over 10 minutes just for our waitress to greet us and take our drink orders. For the last few years we’ve came, it’s always taken a while for the food to come but we’re used to it so that was completely okay with us. When our waitress took our order I told her I wanted the celery and carrots with my wings and I didn’t get them. I’m a server myself and I understand it’s easy to forget things, but I was on one of my last wings before she came to the table to check up on us. I was done with my wings before I got them…We also watched a couple stand at the front and wait to be seated for atleast 10-15 minutes and we watched the server look at them and walk away. It wasn’t busy at all, I saw atleast 3-4 people working, but I think only two were serving. We spent two hours there….I’m usually not one to complain but tonight wasn’t a great experience at one of my favorite places to go. The GM is always super nice though and I’ve heard they’ve been having issues with not having enough workers. Our server might have been new though or having a rough day, so it’s all good, we’ll definitely still eat here because we always love the food.

After waiting 30 minutes for our food my husbands wings came out and 5 minutes later mine came but no fries so I told them to cancel the fries. Wings were rubbery and no flavor to the chicken itself and several still had blood around the bones. The new honey bbq sauce was good but unfortunately the wings it was on were not. Restaurant was filthy as was ladies room with trash all over the floors. Ratio of servers to tables was more than enough and as much as we saw servers standing around no excuse for not cleaning rather than checking cell phones or chatting at the bar or hostess stand. We have been in several times and it just gets worse each time. We won’t be back.

Giving a neutral rating. The new QR scan order pay all with your phone is ridiculous. People go out to eat to interact along with eating. The wait staff gets wrote up if they don’t force you to do everything from your phone. That’s not for me. I used to enjoy eating there but I will no longer go back.

It takes horrifically long to get a table, and the hostess didn’t come back to speak to us for around 30 minutes. We sat in the lobby and watched several tables open up. I’ve still been waiting for 45 minutes and haven’t been sat yet. She just came back to ask if we were on the wait list. Half of our party has left because we had a two hour window to eat and we know it’s impossible to do it in that time frame now. It’s a Thursday, not busy, and we came in around 9:15pm. There are 26 open tables.
