The manager that is saucing the wings needs to learn how to put the right amount of sauce on the wings. I order 3 flavors , 1 set I got was the right amount (honey barbecue) and the other looks like a naked chicken wing(wild sauce) and my the 3rd set of wings was general Tso’s and same thing have naked half sauce!! Always have issues at this location with the right amount of sauce on the wings!!

Customer service here is always great! 🙂 I order online and it doesn’t let me put “extra sauce” on the order for my son’s wings….so I have to go in in person and request it. The staff is always so nice, friendly, and helpful whenever I come in to request an order modification. And the food is consistently always so delicious which is very impressive because it is often very busy in there! Thank you so much again for the great, friendly and warm customer service.

Wings are always overcooked, which wasn’t a big deal before, but now they barely put sauce on anything so now you can really tell how bad the chicken is. People there are usually nice, but you have way better options

Leaving a review because I saw so many bad ones and almost didn’t order from here because of them. First of all, my gps took me to the wrong location multiple times and I had to call the restaurant several times to get help. Courtney was polite on each call and ultimately helped me finally get there. Upon arrival even after spending over 20 minutes trying to get there, my food was correct and still piping hot. The staff all greeted me when I came in the store and pointed me to the pickup station. When I got home the food was STILL hot. They made my order FAT and now I have lunch for tomorrow… look at god. Special shoutout to Courtney!

While enjoying and eating into my boneless chicken wing I found a staple. A freakin staple inside of my chicken wing. Never in all of my years have I ever experienced something like this. It definitely has turned me off of eating Buffalo Wild Wings and chicken wings all together for a long while. I was horrified.

Be careful when you order online from here. It is very often your order will be missing items. For example, if you order two combos (each with fries) for two people, you often will just get one fries. If you order one combo (with fries) with additional potato wedges or tots, you won’t get your fries either. If it happens so often like 5 out 6 times, it is hard to believe it is not intentional. For another example, if you order 3x carrots & celery with ranch, you won’t get 3 bowls of ranch. You will only get one small bowl that comes with one bag of carrots & celery. My guess is that they are doing this to reduce their costs? Also, based on their online menu pictures, the tots should have seasonings separate from tots (on side) for dipping. But they put all the ordered additional seasonings all on the tots, making them extremely salty and uneatable. Total wast of money. Very unhappy.

First time going to this location and it was horrible!! Ordered a burger with wedges and didn’t get the wedges, the burger was also burnt, order 2 sides of sauce and didn’t get the sauce, tried ordering Mountain Dew online and they were apparently out. Got garlic Parmesan wings, they were super spicy and I’m not a fan of spicy. Overall bad business

Like most places post-Covid, has really gone downhill. It is unreal how long it takes for them to prepare a takeout order, like truly mind-boggling. When ordering online, they will give you a time estimate no sooner than 40 minutes and even when you go in after that long, it’s still another 10 minutes of standing in the lobby waiting. I have no idea what the process is of tossing precooked boneless wings in sauce but they need to revamp it.

I was coming weekly once/twice here from last 3 to 4 weeks. Today I got very special wings after waiting almost 30 minutes . Those are very very small in size I felt like is that really chicken wing or not .
