I went into the Powell location tonight. Ordered a double whisky that was smaller than a single. I ordered some wings that were supposed to be hot barbecue and I got the hottest wings I have ever had. No barbecue. The waitstaff didnt care much and the manager cared even less. It was a bit expensive for a pathetic drink and inedible food.

Every time I order take out, my order is messed up or they forget something. I live 20 minutes from the restaurant so each time it’s not feasible to go back and get the missing pieces. It’s ruins my family’s dinner every time because someone has to go without a meal.

We went in to watch a game. Dining room closed. Bar area open with 2 clean tables and 5 or more dirty tables. 90 minutes or so later when we finish, the dirty tables are finally bussed. Granted only 3 additional folks cane in while we were there, but one set of customers had to sit at a dirty table.

Came to this location for the first time and it was a success. Wings came out in a reasonable amount of time and were delicious. Drinks came out very fast as well. Fries were crispy. No complaints at all. Place wasn’t busy, so that could’ve played a role with how fast we got our food. Waitress was very friendly, and she even offered my kids the option to color some fish. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Powell and craving chicken wings. 5/5 visit and highly recommended compared to other Buffalo Wild Wing locations in the surrounding Columbus area.

I strongly suggest you do not eat at this location. Ate here Monday the 29th (the only food eaten all day) and contracted E.Coli, Astrovirus and Norovirus. I will say the server was really top notch. It’s too bad he works here.

They were quick in my drink. Then wasn’t even acknowledged, to the point I grabbed my own menu when another customer left. So, even with menu in front of me, both the bartender and manager didn’t even say a word to me. After 40 min of others being taken care of I at least only has to wait a few min with my empty glass to pay.

I wish I could give zero. This place is run by a bunch of entitled employees who mess up the orders of customers and then put the blame on the customers that they did not check while taking their food home if the food has been served according to the order placed. I placed an order for 10 traditional wings and 10 boneless wings, and they gave me 15 boneless wings and five traditional wings. The boneless wings were for my son who loves boneless wings but I don’t like boneless wings at all. When I called up the restaurant, the manager told me that I should have checked before exiting if the food served was according to the order placed. First of all, they placed a sticky label on the top of the plastic carryout bag tying up the knots, making it difficult for me to open each of the food packets carefully and then the manager’s audacity to suggest that I am in the wrong here because I did not check the food carryout bag carefully to make sure that the food packed was according to the order placed. It is the responsibility of the employees to make sure that they are packing the right order for the right customers. It is not the customers’ responsibility to ensure they are getting the food according to the order placed. I paid for this order. You are not giving it to me for free. How dare you suggest that I should have checked. Why didn’t you just go and ask your employees to check? When I asked for a refund, they gave me four dollars back which I gave as tips to the employees. This BWW just sucks. Their wings are smaller in size than what is served in other BWW and they regularly mess up orders. Of course if you have a manager who puts the blame on customers and not on the employees, what improvement in service can you expect? It was my last visit here. Please hire some responsible employees.

I order 20 boneless wings bundle with 4 different sauces they put all wings together in a same box with fries and there is no sauce on most of the wings and wings are too small and they charge $1 for each wings and they gave us small popcorn size piece. When I ask where is the sauces on wings they hand over some sauces to hands. If there is a chance of giving 0 rating I would give that. This is the worst BWW I had and too bad while handling the customers.
