Ordered diner an hour out came in and waited 10 minutes for it to be delivered to me without a drink and didn’t even give me the right burger which is the entire reason why I ordered as last time I had a amazing brisket burger and they didn’t even give me anything related to brisket on my burger. I’m never going there again because it seemed to me while I was waited that only 1 person knew what they where doing while everyone else who worked there was just running around talking and acting like they are busy. I literally have no idea what this burger I got even is.

My husband and I are literally still in the restaurant. Who ever the chef is they need a raise! Everything, and I mean everything is good! The waitress Summer was amazing, and tentative! Please stop by it is well worth it!!!!!! I’m only able to give 5 stars I need more!!!!

Messed up one of our cheeseburgers but made it right. Not sure if waitress wrote it down wrong, cook made it wrong or waitress forgot to check food before bringing it out. They were out of guacamole for my burger and blender was broken so my wife couldn’t order a daiquiri. We were brought our appetizer and not even 5 min late our food was out. Food portions were good, bathrooms, tables and floors were clean. Everyone was friendly.

I normally don’t leave reviews but it needs addressed. All I can say is I’m very disappointed in BW3 the boneless wings I could not even eat… especially when u spend 70 dollars+ They where hard. This has been a on going thing as of late. I stopped in to try the new flavor general tso flavor was good if you could enjoy eating the food.

I usually come here for an early lunch and go straight to the bar, which is often unattended. The lunch menu is good though once you get some service. I usually get the burger and fries. Depend on who is serving you, you either get ignored with a few checkups, or you have someone that actually cares. It is hit or miss.

The details of our visit are best left unsaid, but at the end of the day, this location is understaffed and undertrained. The amount of care for customer satisfaction portrayed by some of the staff is less than par which is sad. The environment here could be amazing but with 90% empty tables, you’re left feeling isolated in the giant open space. It’d be nice if they would serve warm food and maybe just smile. Starting simple could go a long way. After calling corporate, our issue was resolved, but not until then. Corporate was wonderful. We really enjoy BW3’S chain, so this review is just for this particular location.

Food, specifically wings, are always reliably good. Service is typically just your basic get you your food and drinks which is great, just not commendable. Atmosphere is ok, really just your average stamped out collection of locally themed sports photos and memorabilia. That all said, this will still be my go to place for wings.
