I swear every time we order take out there is something wrong or missing. Today we ordered takeout wings and got 2 wrong flavors out of the 4 we ordered. I ordered 6 bogo of honey garlic and new buffalo ranch and both were wrong. We also got 4 bags of celery we didn’t order. The time before that we got the wrong appetizer and missing 6 wings.

We stood at the unattended front desk for a good 7-8 minutes while no fewer than 5 employees walked by us without a word. But after being seated, our waitress, Rylan, came over to take our order. She is just the sweetest person! She brought our food and drinks promptly and checked on us several times even though she was busy with several other tables including one with a large party. She was wonderful and didn’t make us feel rushed or ignored at all. The bone in wings were good, the potato wedges were delicious, but the boneless wings were overcooked and not very appealing. The Platinum margarita was short on tequila and long on an overly sweet mixer. As far as atmosphere, Buffalo Wild Wings is what it is. The booths are comfy, there are certainly plenty of screens to watch, but the lighting is awful ~ very industrial feeling, you feel like you’re in a warehouse. A bonus is that they are open till 12am in a town where pretty much everything shuts down by 10pm. Overall, no big complaints and Rylan was great!

Very frustrated for 5 reasons. #1 Went with a group of 22 to celebrate and asked if we could sit at patio. They had us wait about 10 minutes while they got patio ready. They told us we could have entire patio. They took us out and no tables were pushed together so we started to pushing tables together and they said stop, you can’t. We asked why, and they said because it’s too hard to put them back. #2 they had one server take care of all 22 of us. That’s ridiculous. Server tried but everything took a very long time. #3 When passing out checks I asked about my to go order and made sure to wrap my credit card in my bill so server wouldn’t get it mixed up. But server did. #4 In search for my to go order I took my messed up bill and card and the other person messed up bill and card to the counter to get it fixed. Stood there for 20 minutes waiting for manager to help server fix it and asked for the refund slip and they didn’t give me one. Manager would start to help them disappear. Cashier actually asked me to move over so they could help someone else #5 Finally grabbed my to go bag and left (other person was still waiting for their bill to be fixed). When I arrived home I discovered the celery and ranch (which was added to my wing order for an upcharge) was not in the bag. The person I was bringing the to go order already ate due to how long it took.

Exceptional…honey BBQ wings had an amazing taste…street tacos nicely in a cute holder. The server was polite friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience…highly recommend…we went at a not busy time.

Went here on a pretty steady Friday night. Atmosphere was nice just like any other night but our food was ice cold. I don’t know why it was so hard to bring the food out when it was ready because there was more than enough helping staff. Our server was nice enough to get us half off for our food which we really appreciated. This is the first bdubs I’ve ever had a problem with and I hope in the future they can improve there quality.

We came in yesterday at around 7:45, we got seated right away, but were not greeted for 15 minutes. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks, 30 minutes to get our appetizers, which came out ice cold. By the time we got our food ALL of it was cold. I NEVER send anything back, but I sent my meal, and my appetizer back. The rest of my party ate because they were hungry and waited a very long time for food. It was a Friday night and we were told that it was our original servers first day. Our second server did the best she could with a very poor situation. Honestly it seemed like she was trying to fix as many problems as she could, so she was the ONLY redeeming quality of our visit.

We arrived at 11 pm, they close at 2am. Plenty of seating available. It took a good 5 mins. To be welcomed, another 5 minutes or more to seat us and at least 10 minutes to get waited on. We asked for a table and were given a booth. Very unorganized/mis communication. Once waitress who said she was off duty for serving realized we weren’t waited on, she was very accommodating.

Love the New remodel.! Hopefully this will boost everything coming out the kitchen an also specials they put in line. Create a happy hour for people that come in for lunch. I enjoy a cold beverage for a dolla cheaper atleast.
