Would give a 0/5 if I could. I have been here a bunch of times, and the experience is always poor to mediocre. Consistently the worst bdubs in the area. Menus, tables, seats, and floors are filthy. Service takes forever even when it’s not busy. Service staff is nice though. Orders are constantly incorrect. And to top it all off it smells in here!!!!

Good environment. I wish there were more waiters. Although the service was slow, it was great. They offered us samples of beer before we could order it. Wings were great. I would suggest to order traditional wings rather than boneless. Draft beer was great too. If you want to order sides, go for wedges or fries rather than onion rings. Definitely a good place to hangout.

Best General Manager Ever! We placed an expensive order through Door Dash & the order was canceled on their end (Door Dashes) unexpectedly. We called the store and spoke with the GM about the matter. She was so kind & understanding. She even called door dash herself to try and get the problem resolved. She made sure we got our food! We really appreciated her kindness & dedication ❤️

I ordered my food online. According to the site, it was a thirty minute wait for p/u. I arrived about 20 min early and the place was basically empty so I’m not sure why it was a reported thirty minute wait. Anyway, I receive my order and when I get to work five minutes away, my boneless were extremely dried out and hard. It was obvious I was given food that had been sitting in the warmer for some time and instead of making me a fresh order they gave me what they had. Unacceptable, There’s no reason I should have received this considering no customers were in the establishment. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

I just love how the young lady who served me got me together on my wedges I asked if they could put these on it and they did. The drink was called henny hustle save ur money it’s more ice and juice than liquor. Bought 2 and didn’t feel anything it even taste like only juice. This place was great all in all.

They do not have servers and placed 2 orders on their app. One got entered and the other they lost. They didn’t ask about the 2nd order until they came over about 10 mins to check on the orders. After they put in, it took them ANOTHER 10 mins to get the food and it wasn’t even right. Don’t recommend EVER going to this restaurant.

I like bdubs but this location is out for me this year. The location in Newport is worth the extra travel distance. Better staffed. Better accuracy. And I didn’t want to say this but the service staff needs to get out if they think everyone owes them something and doesn’t want to be there.
