We went for a late dinner on a sunday evening. There was only 1 waitress/hostess working. Because of this it took awhile to get seated and served. This was not the fault of the waitress the business was just short staffed.

Poor customer service. Food tasted great, per usual, but I feel like every time we place a pick-up order the staff has bad attitudes. I get that it’s busy, but they could’ve been a lot friendlier- attitudes are contagious. Also, 2 little cups of ranch that were each half full for 40 boneless wings and a salad???? We’ll be placing our orders with the Troy location going forward.

Had a great time at the BWW’s. The food was great. Omar, our waiter was the best. He took excellent care of us. The manager came by and checked on our table. I highly recommend this establishment. Have the Asian Zing wings while you are there.
