We stopped by to grab dinner since they were open later than most other restaurants on a Monday night. Other than some confusion of standing by the “please wait to be seated” sign for 5 minutes before we eventually seated ourselves, it was good. There was a good selection of fresh food that was tasty. Had wings (of course), ultimate nachos with chicken and tots. The nachos got soggy quickly, but were otherwise good.

We received only part of our DoorDash order (kids meal missing side and drink). Other parts of the order were wrong (salt and vinegar fries were actually pepper coated fries-yuck). When I called BBW, the very unhelpful staff member said it was DD driver’s responsibility to check the food (as if I would want another person touching my food). They said I could talk to the General Manager when she got back from vacation. I’m guessing she has the same flippant attitude about her patrons. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

Every time I go here. It’s a terrible experience. Against my better judgement, we went there again last night. Walked in, the place looks and feels nasty… The employees are all unfriendly and we were never acknowledged during the 20’ish minutes of standing there waiting to be sat. Finally, we walked right out of there and went elsewhere and had a great dining experience with much better food. I don’t know how this place stays open, it only benefits from its location. The food and service always suck here and the building is nasty and in desperate need of renovations. Wont be back.. You don’t need our business at this location apparently.

My food came out suspiciously fast. I almost questioned the waitress how they brought 10 traditional wings, 6 boneless wings, and an appetizer almost as fast as getting our drinks out- which was less than 5 minutes… Our food was lukewarm at best, but we were too hungry to care. I could only assume this food was sitting out for some time, since the waitress said it may take a while to get the wings cooked. Again, they came out less than 5 minutes after we ordered. We ate our food and left; this is where the torture began. For the following 36 hours, up until I made this response, I have been bound to the royal throne expelling every ounce of bodily fluid I possibly could have in record time. I’m not blaming the waitress for this travesty, but those cooks knew how long those wings were sitting out before they gave them to me. If you want repeat customers, try not to kill then next time…

Update: The manager did call to rectify the problem and apologize. Initial Review: I do not know even where to start. I had what has been my worst carry out experience ever. During this COVID-19 time my wife and I do our best to try and do carryout at least once a week to support the restaurant businesses. I went online to place a delivery order around 12:00 noon on Thursday 4/23. The latest delivery time available was 730 and so that was what I selected. I got a text at approximately 7:15 that my order had been assigned to doordash. This is where everything went wrong. My doordash delivery person texted me at 7:45 letting me know there was a very long line and he would do his best to deliver as soon as he could. By 8:30 he had moved to the front of the line. At 8:50 he texted and let me know he had left and was on his way out when he realized they gave him only half of his two deliveries and I had to call back. I was already furious. I then called the local buffalo wild wings and they said they would remake the order since the original had been sitting there since 7:30, but now I needed to come and pick it up. I was upset I was almost 2 hours late but agreed. I went and got my order and took it home. Now at 9:30, I pulled open my order only to find that 1 of the 4 boxes of wings had the wrong sauce, an entire appetizer was missing, I had no dipping sauces for the wings or the appetizer. The worst part was the food was barely lukewarm and was clearly the order that was prepared over 2 hours ago and the sauce had all soaked in and was mostly gone. It was frustrating. So, at this point it is over 2 hours late (9:45pm) and my food still isn’t correct. We were hungry and ate what we had and decided I would file my formal complaint in the morning. I now wait to see how this can be remedied. I am genuinely furious.

Average. Our boneless wings were barely sauced and some literally had nothing on them. Server was very friendly but disappeared after the food came. We wanted to request a side of sauce but ended up just eating them as she never came by. Particular booth we were in didn’t have a light over it and was very dark. Kinda weird but oh well. This particular location has went down hill since we were last there.
