Bought traditional, boneless, wedges, and fries. Order was ready on time. Didn’t get to walk around the entire restaurant. Kids working were nice. All of the food was very salty. I don’t enjoy salt when it overpowers the food. I couldn’t eat it. Both types of wings had almost no sauce. Very dry, and not at all fresh. I’ve noticed a few wing spots cutting back on sauce and I REALLY don’t understand it. Maybe there is sauce storage. Consumers buy wings FOR the tasty sauces! Geeez

The boneless wings were tough and overcooked. Others in our party said the food was ok…nothing special. The service was very slow, which was surprising because there were very few people in the restaurant. The lack of customers was not surprising considering the food and service.

This place seems to get rid of the only things on the menu that we like! Buffalitos were the best thing on the menu. Also, to-go orders shouldn’t take precedent over dine-in orders. That’s what we’re were told as to why our food was taking forever, because a bunch of to-go orders had come in right when we ordered. Other tables that came in after us were getting their food before us, so I’m thinking our server messed something up but didn’t admit to it and blamed the kitchen. We used to eat here regularly, but it’s not worth the wait.

Unless you go on a Tuesday, expect to get gouged on the price of bone in wings. Plus, the app asks for a tip for pick up in addition to a .99 charge for pick up orders. They also don’t serve the jumbo wings they used to have back in the day. They are about the size of an adult thumb and every other flat has broken bones.

I don’t like eating off old gray trays. We were only given one tray for two of to eat off of across the table from each other. When my husband asked for plates the waiter said what’s the matter aren’t the trays good enough for you.The waiter didn’t listen to us and did what ever he wanted. Even listen when we order ordered our drinks.

Waited 30-45 minutes to sit (no big deal), sat and waited 30 minutes before we had to track down who our waitress was after being ignored by several servers, ordered our food and drinks immediately but wasn’t served for 1 hour and 45 minutes. On top of that most of pur food was cold. Manager took no responsibility for their actions. Waitress never came back and asked if we wanted drinks and we ended up refilling ourselves. Horrible service. Save yourself the hastle of a 3+ hour dinner.

A Doordash employee stole my food and then canceled my order. I called the restaurant to find out what happened and they answered the phone immediately. The woman on the phone was very kind and was able to confirm that the person from Doordash took our food and that our order was not canceled by the restaurant. She was just as frustrated about it as I was and I could tell that she legitimately cares about her customers. It’s rare to find customer service this good and I just want to leave a review to say thank you!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We waited for our drinks forever. Then the appetizer came late and it was cold. Then we ordered another drink..it took 30 minutes. Our food arrived and everything was cold. Requested a box and they brought the smallest box, so I Requested a bigger one. That took 15 min to get. This has been the worst service I have ever had.
