We ordered a few different batches of the cauliflower wings & they were fresh & delicious! This was our 1st time at this location & we ordered take out. I will return to this location again. Some of the nest cauliflower wings we tried came from this location!

I really can’t rate the food, because I never got the chance to order, despite arriving 45 minutes before the kitchen closed. A couple who arrived well after me got food. I sat at the bar. The bartender was doing everything she could, but seemed to have no support. She had more people to take care of than the rest of the restaurant. The manager did nothing to help. I left feeling very hungry and feeling very bad for the bartender. She did everything she could in the circumstance she had.

I really tried to give this location a 2nd chance but got the same result. The wings were dry like they had been over cooked for several times. And I ordered boneless wings with Buffalo sauce. They gave me some type of Buffalo powder that was super nasty I really had to throw my whole order to the trash. Even the fries were dry. Sorry but I have to be honest this place is losing costumers.

Well we aren’t even sure we were at BDubs. It looked like it, had same menu but that is where the similarities ended. 107.5 The Fan has partnered with BDubs central Indiana and they go around to one each Monday night and do their Colts after show and give away prizes. We got there about 4:50 and the place was almost empty. Took several minutes before someone came up to us to take our order. BDubs and the Colts have partnered and we were supposed to get a free appetizer but nobody including Mia(the very rude and nasty) manager knew about the promotion (see picture of promo in the restaraunt) Once that got sorted out we also placed our food order. Service was very slow but guess bartender was only waitress working. Bought a $25 gift card because they had a promotion stating $5 bonus on any $25 gift card purchase. Well the catch is they charge a 0.99 cent service fee on all takeout orders now plus charged us 0.09 cents tax on service fee. So our $25 gift card cost us $26.08. By the way none of this was disclosed anywhere. See picture. We asked to speak to the manager and Mia came over. We asked about the service fee on a gift card and the tax and we have never spoken to a more rude manager. She basically said too bad that’s how it is. Also asked her why 24, yes that is 24, tv’s had on the local news. Her remark was that the staff want to see what’s going on in the world while working. Hmm, isn’t this a sports bar for the patrons? Although service was lousy due to understaffing, especially on a special promo night we still tipped the waitress very nicely due to how overworked she was. Maybe Mia should be out helping instead of hiding in her office all night.

Despite there only being 2 waitresses no one complained because they were doing the best they can. And did it with a smile on their faces. People had called off. I was impressed the way they handled the situation. My waitress received a real nice tip!

During my visit to Buffalo Wild Wings, I was disappointed to find that the prices of the beers were higher than expected. I found myself second-guessing my decision as I looked at the menu. Additionally, I was surprised to find out that the restaurant was only serving wings that day, as they had run out of everything else. This was a major letdown, as I was hoping to try some of their other menu items. It was clear that the restaurant was not prepared for the day’s demand, and this made me feel like they didn’t value their customers’ experience.

Stopped by with friends for dinner at 515pm. Asked about happy hour as advertised at front door from 3-6pm. The kid Manager said sign was wrong and menu correct at 5pm. Very argumentative and lacked the proper facts. She didn’t understand that drinks aren’t legally part of happy hour in Indiana.

This place was not clean at all. I dined in placed an order & it took 45 minutes before the order came out. & the taste & the quality of the food was not giving. I’m guessing the grease that was used for the fries was old.. The waitress I had was the only one working while everybody else was just walking around on their phone. I doubt I’ll ever return. Thank you Tiffany for your service, that place do not deserve your hard work.

Ordered online for pickup at a certain time. Got to the store and there were 3 other people waiting with me. Waited for 10 minutes before anyone came to the pickup area. Got my food which was boneless wings and left. Found that the boneless wings were barely, and I mean barely, covered in the sauces I ordered. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. And if you try to dine in, good luck. It’s too bad because the boneless wings are good when done right.

Order estimated pickup time (for carry out orders) is ALWAYS 45 minutes + what is stated on your receipt… They’re never organized and the service is terrible. The ONLY reason I attempt ordering here is if I allow 1.5 hours until we want to eat, and then still end up waiting. Picture of waiting group accompanying me- we ended up making the best of it…
